I got a question. When you join a certain club as a manager, their current manager stays without his job and you can't approach him with a contract. Is it possible to approach him later?

Most of Manager will not accept a job as assistant manager.. so It's impossible.

He got axed at Real Madrid, I approached him with an assistant contract which he wanted to discuss, but sadly I already had assistant who I couldn't fire as I said. I won a quadruple with CFC before that so I guess that's why he even wanted to consider it.

They always agree to discuss terms and appear positive (I'm glad this got sorted out so easily..blah blah) but invariably they'll turn you down even if you offer the wage you ask for.
