ulsterchelsea 3,221
Can i just say to those who say that they cant forget what SFL did this season, why is it then that it seems so easy for you to forget what he did in the last decade for this club? Seems bizarre to me that people have made their minds up that he was single handedly to blame for AVB's demise based on speculation yet what he has given this club over the last 11 years that most of us have witnessed first hand seems to be just brushed under the carpet. No wonder our fans get a bad rap
ulsterchelsea 3,221
And you don't understand why he called him a "fat fucker"? Yes, Lampard has been an absolutely outstanding player in the Chelsea history but what he did this season isn't anything that you expect of a legend. It wonders me how people have already forgotten about what happened a few weeks ago... And as ive just said, it bemuses me that you and others have forgotten what he did here for the last decade or so. One of the biggest legends this club has and you lot can so easily turn on him on ONE REPORTED INCIDENT? Shame
Billy. 2,742
for all the stick he gets, the guy is still and will always be a Chelsea legend, if we get a new ground i can see us naming a stand after him lol joking but you never know. Jase 43,479
For people saying he only scores from the spot: Only 37 out of Frank Lampard's 150 PL goals have been penalties.Chelsea would have been 11 pts worse off & sitting in 7th(46 pts) in the Premier League right now without Frank Lampard's goal this season. Milan 17,957
His penalties really are something special though. That's something I was thinking about a lot. If only I could do the fan videos. I would make two - one with all the penalties (including those he failed in - not a lot lol) and one with his sliding tackles. That's something sort of 'ingored' but he has been bloody brilliant at them. Sheva.

TomCFC 357
I'm not a mod, but can you stop opening threads like this please? It just wastes time for staff closing them. There is a separate Lampard thread to clutter up with as many links/opinions as you want. Rubber bullets 1,183
If I had to choose between Scholes or Lampard at the moment, I would pick Scholes every single day. The guy can actually make a decent pass and does not spend half an hour on the ball. Its shocking at his age he would improve the team much more if he replaced Fatty. Who is only useful for penalties, nothing else.

Rubber bullets 1,183
LMAO. Sorry but.....LMAO!!! Oh you bloody fool haha make me laugh! HAHAHAAAA!So you don't like any creativity or or someone who can control the temp of the game. Becuase lets face it, Scholes can do it. Lampard who is 4 years younger then him can hardley do either. And lets face it Lampard is not suited in the DM role. It annoys me that there are lots of younger player who can offer us much more in that position then Lampard (like are very own Romeu, who never gets played anymore. Even though him playing along with someone like Mikel. Raul or Ramires in that 2 player deeper midfield role would offer us much more then just playing Lampard there to make sure hee does not whine on why he is not playing anymore.
