Magic Lamps 11,692
Guarantee you won't regret watching that video. I miss him so bad People claim his peak was under Mourinho in his first spell but personally as an all around player it was under Scolari/Hiddink/Carlo. Absolute joy to watch from 08-10I remember that performance. One of his many brilliant, combative playmaking games. Controlling the play with ease. Maan i almost forgot how smooth his passing and dribbling is. Never seen a player doing those flick ons and over the top balls that accurately. Also great defensive display. Won like 6 tackles. People tend to forget how complete a player he has been. Dribbling, long and short passing, heading, goals, long rangers, defenseman the whole package everything on WC level. The compilations of Vidal or cesc I watched today almost feel awkward in comparison. BTW how classic that kalou fell when scoring both goals. Miss him too
cfcs most wanted 657
We're really missing him, really need someone like him who could do long shooting and provide a different option to our attack
Unionjack 7,531
Frankie baby is one of those players that nobodys got a bad word to say about him which we all know is bloody rare even amonst our own supporters. And thats why it hurt us so much the way he left It felt like he snuck out of the side gates and didn't turn back to give us a wave. We didn't have any closure.I would still love to know the truth over his contract. Mou tells us he was offered the same one as JT (and Cole) yet Pelligrino says he wasn't.Whatever it would have been great to have had a testimonial for him. I'm sure JTs will be a cracker. Can't see anyone in our starting XI that he'd displace. In all fairness for all the minutes Ramires got Frankie could easily have taken that role and we would have kept our legend and stopped all of this heartache with what happened. He would have been a viable no 10 option too for when Oscar was not on par, as how he played for City when Toure was out. xPetrCechx
