Laporte is another good option for our Centre-Back, although I prefer Varane ahead of any option, but this guy could be a perfect choice.

The only problem is that his final price have to be 30 million pounds because Athletic Bilbao only accepts the price of the clause to any sale (Javi Martinez had to resort to an article in the Spanish law to pay only the amount you put in the clause and not pay additional taxes) and Athletic would not accept any of our players for lowering the final price because they only have players born or origin of the Basque Country.

By the way, yesterday Isco spoke after the game and he affirmed to be "hurt" because of the way that Ancelotti has treated him. Yesterday and today in Spain it is said that he would have decided to leave Real Madrid this summer. I think Isco would be an option rather interesting.

Regards to ALL.

what do you think of inigo martinez. very impressed with him whenever i have watched sociedad.

This summer will be interesting to see how the staff and Mourinho will further evolve our squad and I'm suddenly so excited because of all your posts about potential signings.

IMO this season we've suffered because of the lack of rotation, and why didn't we rotate enough? I think because Mourinho doesn't trust the bench players enough. Mou often had great bench options at his former clubs which he trusted and those guys also rewarded his trust.

I remember he had bench options like Higuain, Kaka, Carvalho, Albiol, Coentrao, Callejon, Lassana Diarra, Granero, and later Modric at Madrid. When Di Maria wasn't playing well, ''ok Callejon go warm up'', when Benzema wasn't playing well he said:''Ok my cat isn't playing well, Higuain(dog) go warm up.'', when Ozil wasn't performing, Kaka was already ready to come on. He always had options he could trust, and that's what is missing here I think.

So next year, I hope we finally have some bench players he could really trust, so we can finally rotate well. He obviously did not trust Salah, and it's the same with Cuadrado. Schurrle was one he trusted but he was sick this season and left. He only uses Ramires in certain tough games, Mikel is only trusted in the final minutes and we've no adequate replacement for Cesc. So this summer I hope and think we will fix this.

So for me the priorities are at least one good CM with defending abilities and one good CAM who could play the 3 spots behind the striker in our 4-2-3-1.

Mentioned by people from this forum and rumored:

CM/CDM: Khedira(free), Witsel, Scheiderlin, Pogba, Gundogan, Gomes, Koke*

CAM: Isco, Reus, Bale, Koke*, Douglas Costa, Felipe Anderson

I have not watched the likes of Gomes (Valencia), Douglas Costa, Felipe Anderson (Lazio) enough to have an opinion on them, but I do agree we should go all out for elite level players to move us to the level of Bayern, Barca and Real.

For me, Koke/Gundogan(30-40M) and Isco/Reus(30-40M) would be a dream.

But I'd be satisfied with something like Scheiderlin/Khedira + Isco/Reus/Koke.

CM/CDM:

I agree with supporter, Pogba is impossible/very difficult, Real, PSG, Barca, City will go all in for him, and Raiola is one of the most frustrating agents to do business with. Without 100+ Million Euro's, he won't let the deal come through. Koke is easier, he will never go to the direct rival Real, our only rival is Barca but they have the ban till Jan 2016 and it's not common to sell key players in January, so basically a ban till summer 2016. Gundogan was a star in their CL final season, if he replicates 90% of that form he would be the perfect signing. Khedira as a warrior and free squad option for us who covers B2B, CM and CDM, one squad player Mourinho really can trust. Schneiderlin would also be good if he's cheap but I doubt that.

CAM:

Our most important piece is the CAM, who can help Eden out with attacking the defenders? Isco has tricks and vision, him interchanging with Eden and Willian would be a joy to watch. Reus would be another great signing, he scores goals from distance. is fast and direct, he would release pressure from Eden as the only attacking mid who could change games. Bale is good too but way too expensive, he was bought for 100m Euro's can't see Madrid decreasing the price heavily since Bale is still young.

GK+Defence:

For other options, the GK we clearly have to replace Cech with an experienced keeper and our defense is still good for the next year. Adding a great young CB like Varane, Stones with Terry coaching him would be great. If we have two faster CB's our game could improve as a whole, but can't see Mourinho dropping Terry yet.

Hi friend!

Iñigo Martinez is a good player but I think he is one level below Laporte, Varane or Otamendi. Probably it will be a perfect to play on a team like Valencia, Sevilla or Atletico Madrid, but no player for Real Madrid, Barcelona or Chelsea.

But I. Martinez is a very elegant player with a good ability to play the ball from behind that, if he could come with us, could evolve much with Jose.

In addition, players from the Country Basque usually very reliable, very disciplined in the game, like Azpilicueta.

I think it's an interesting option, but might not be a Top Centre-back to our starting eleven and Real Sociedad always sell very expensive their players and negotiate with them is always complicated. But Iñigo Martinez is a very disciplined player who could improve their rencimiento much with us, but hardly could be our starting eleven first year as in the case of Varane, Laporte or Otamendi.

Regards.

Do you think camacho , parejo ,illaramendi or s.Roberto could play for chelsea ?

Do you think camacho , parejo ,illaramendi or s.Roberto could play for chelsea ?

Hi friend!

I think any of them have level to play with us. In Spain, after winning Euro-World Cup-Euro, many teams sell their players as if they were Xavi Hernandez, Xabi Alonso and Iniesta. But actually many of them are mid-level players.

Illaramendi had very good performance with Real Sociedad and lower categories of Spain, and everyone spoke of him as the new Xabi Alonso. But Real Madrid Illara has had a lousy performance, significantly below the expectations, with a passive personality and a very gentle personality nothing game. Probably some kind team Arsenal or Liverpool pay money for it thinking "new Xabi Alonso," but he has no level to play with us.

Sergi Roberto is too young / inexperienced and practically he has not played in the last two years with Barcelona. I think he does not have level for Liverpool or Arsenal. Probably end up in a team level over Spain. The problem of the players from La Masia is that Barcelona say they are "The new Messi" but from Thiago Alcantara other players have failed. Luis Enrique has not opted for Sergi Roberto all season despite the problems of Barcelona with Busquets and defense issues. I do not see S. Roberto playing with us.

Camacho is a player of great ability to fight in the grass but nothing more. I remember when he was at Atletico Madrid and he was a little frustrating. I think that Malaga is a good team for him.

Parejo was the jewel in the crown of Real Madrid. But after I had bet him to play in Getafe and end its level is for a lower team. Even in Valencia has struggled to find its place, but is now highly valued by Valencia. I think even Valencia is a very big team for him ...

I would not trust a lot of the players made "Made in Spain" because after Spain wins sometimes seems that his players are like "Puyol, Pique, Xavi, Xabi, Iniesta, Silva ..." but really are not . In England, English, there are best players. But perhaps for Arsenal, Tottenham or Liverpool they can have level, but I think not to play with us.

Players like Isco, Thiago Alcantara, (perhaps Iñigo Martinez), Koke, Morata or Jese are players who have a great future in Spain with level to play with Chelsea.

Regards.

Marca are reporting Mourinho is intrested in Pedro.

http://www.marca.com/en/2015/04/24/en/football/barcelona/1429864295.html

IMO. Pedro could be a more or less a good option but never for our starting eleven. He has been marginalized in Barcelona the last two years, but he has plenty of experience in big games and is a good player to make revulsive during games. Although he is no better than Willian (far from it) and we have Cuadrado. Maybe could have opportunities with us as right-winger and third striker, but never in the starting eleven.

And The Sun speaks about an offer of 100 million pounds per Varane and Bale.

IMO. I think Varane has decided to leave Real Madrid this summer and come with us. In fact the Spanish press says that Ancelotti will play on Sunday with Ramos - Pepe again.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/6425099/Joses-mad-bid-a-no-go.html

http://metro.co.uk/2015/04/24/chelseas-100m-transfer-bid-for-gareth-bale-and-raphael-varane-rejected-by-real-madrid-5164783/

And there are also rumors about Giannelli Imbula.

http://metro.co.uk/2015/04/24/chelsea-ready-to-step-up-interest-in-transfer-target-giannelli-imbula-marseille-midfielder-valued-at-25m-5164906/

IMO. This guy is an absolutely perfect choice to replace and improve the role of Mikel with us. Maybe the price is a little high, but he and Kondogbia would be interesting options.

Is he like Navas?

Hi friend!

I think both are similar, but Navas is better able to make dribbles and to passes from deep on the side, and Pedro has more ability to reach a goal and he is more vertical in the grass.

I think both are alike in that they are perfect to revolutionize matches but not to be part of the starting eleven of a great team.

Pedro could be a good option for us when the defenses are enclosed in the box because he is able to play in tight spaces.

Both are perfect to take the place of the number 12 player.

Although I would not do this signing. IMO.

1. Buy Varane or eventually Laporte. Down the order Manolas and even further down Stones.

2. Add high calibre player like Isco, Reus or Koke as 3rd choice from this bunch. Pogba sadly is unlikely.

3. Turn Mikel and Ramires into 1 but quality option. Schneiderlin or Gomes or Matuidi.

4. Add RLC to the fold.

5. Bench goalkeeper.

6. Different striker to Diego. Either very technically gifted or very strong with playing back-to-goal and in the air. Dybala or Benteke.

My priority list. First and second are interchangeable.

I know that there's enough money to pull all of this.

On top of our own resources we can fetch 180-200m€ from sales from our own players from current loan army and couple of first team players that those players above would replace. I'm sure all of this is doable.

Stones, Andre Gomes & an elite winger should be the targets this summer. Possibly an attacking fullback as well. Jose went from Cole, Zanetti, Maicon & Marcelo to freaking Apzi/Ivanovic. Still gutted we couldn't close the deal for Luke Shaw.

Andre Gomes especially should be on Jose's mind considering they both share the same nationality. I'll be furious if we blow our money on a bang average player like Koke instead of a nailed on WC player.

I have'nt seen enough of Valencia tbh, is Gomes really that good? i mean if you compare him to Gundogan, Thiago, Cesc, Pogba, Modric etc... is he good on the ball in the same way as them? creative? quick thinking?

I see his name thrown a lot but didnt understand what does he do.
