They were willing to pay the €20m Madrid demanded for Reguilon, but United will offer €30m and a salary of €5m/year an offer which Sevilla can't match. They would give him 10m/year and they will grant Raiola high commissions. Milan wants him to sign a new contract, but they aren't willing to pay so much for their GK.
