Wow.....talk about amazing, talk about guts, talk about twists and turns.....just amazing.

Fans were leaving the stadium, the yellow line was surrounding the court (in preperation of the Spurs winning), and the Trophy was being wheeled up through the tunnel to the court........that's how freakin close the spurs were, but they let it slip away. Heat made some miracle 3s (LBJ and Allen) and once those went in, you had to wonder if it was destiny.

Joey Crawford is the Ovrebo of basketball.

Not even. No blame on the officials what so ever as

1.) Ginobli traveled before Ray Allen got all ball and

2.) Bosh made a clean block and Green was already falling out of bounds.

You cant expect those calls in the dying secs of a game. Not to mention the foul calls SA were geting all throughout the 3rd quarter, fouls were 12-4 in SA's favor.

The spurs had chances to win this in regulation and they didn't take them, simple. You had Ginobli at the FT line and Leonard on the FT line. Which is amazing because you just don't see the Spurs do that to themselves. They don't shoot themselves in the foot and who would have thought that this Spurs team, which was the best FT shooting team SA has ever had in 33 years, would let the championship slip away on FTs, unbelieveable.

But on to the Heat man. LBJ was an animal in the 4th/OT. Nobody saw that coming, well not me anyway. Im glad Spoelstra took out D-wade because he was so useless. When he took him out and surrounded LBJ with 3pt shooters (Ray, Miller, and Chalmers) it finally created space with James to work with as he could post up without worrying about a double team. But man, LBJ saved himself from a plethora of scrutiny that was going to follow him had they lost because before the 4th he had 12pts on 4/12 shooting and him and D-wade looked like they were playing their first game together, shocking how bad that looked.

Like i said Heat will win this in 7. It was meant to be.

If anything the refereeing has favoured Spurs in the finals. Some of those Parker flops at the end were blatant and Ginobli should have been ejected for that elbow on LBJ. He knew exactly what he was doing with that elbow and the ref was looking right at it.

ehh but still, you just dont expect a "foul" call like that so late in the game, so to call him Ovrebo is not true, what Ovrebo did was atleast 10x worse.

To clarify: The Ovrebo reference was aimed at the sum of mistakes Crawford has blatantly made throughout his whole officiating career, not at the call itself. I'm sorry if my wording was not precise mate.

It was a non-call that could cost the Spurs the title, that's all I've got to say (basketball calls are shite to discuss as not even the NBA has a strict line when it comes to making correct calls, smh). The officiating this whole Final series has probably been the best I've seen this season but that mistake could spoil it really, if the Heat go on to win the title in a close game.

Anyway... who's watching the game tonight?

@Amels, oh alright then (on the ovrebro) cause i was about to say.

Agree that NBA is as hard as it gets to officiate and can ruin games. But it also makes it easier for the NBA to fix matches :eyebrows:

Will definately watch the game tonight, think the whole world will be. Gonna be a classic. :) hahaha

Who we rooting for then lads?

Kinda watching hoping it's gonna be an epic. But I suppose I'd have to pick the heat. Can't back any team called Spurs lol.

I kinda like the Mavs, but tonight I guess I'll decide who I support in the middle of the game.

Spurs r underdogs so I usually support underdogs and the Heat have Lebron, Wade and Bosh.
