has anyone been following the NBA? some very interesting teams this season, it feels this season is even more competitive than previous years, many great young players and also GSW are struggling, maybe new Champion this year? i will just wait until playoffs because regular season form doesnt translate to playoff form. Cheers

Besides top European football I only watch NBA from other sports. I'm OKC fan. Don't know how far can we go this season. Obviously GSW big favorites again. It'll be interesting to see where Antonio Davis ends. Lakers are crazy to give all the young guys for him. I'm also impressed with my fellow serbian Jokic.  Nuggets are great as well. Who do you support?

Someone said that Lamb had made a similar shot twice this season. Is that true!?

I don't watch as much NBA as before but I don't think so. I mean, he could have scored a 3 pointer from downtown, but this was a buzzer beater with the Hornets 2 points behind.. If it already happened twice this season I totally missed it too.

Too bad he's spent his whole carreer at OKC/Supersonics, nowhere near to NBA finals.

Maybe because he isnt a team player enough. He plays is for the show. I mean they all do, but Russel; as much as I like him, he just isnt finals type of player. Maybe when he is at absolute twillight of his career.

Westbrook focuses too much on stat padding, too much triple double and less sacrifice for the benefit of the team. OKC could have their own dinasty by now, but the front office fucked it up bad, just imagine that once they had this group: Harden, Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka, Adams, Oladipo, Kanter, etc this is a NBA championship team, they had their shot but blew it. Look at GSW, they held on to their core of Curry, Thompson, Green, Iguodala and it payed off, 3 championships in 4 years.

Except for Game 4, a really well fought series.

Murphy's law was applicable to GSW. Nightmare after nightmare scenarios for them. KD gets re-injured after 10-12 mins of play, a red hot Klay (30 points in 2.5 quarters) gets injured with gsw really fighting it out and on ascendancy. I mean, i dont think things could have gone any worse for them. Really happy with Iggy though. My guy always fighting it out.

Kudos to raptors and Kwahi. Deserved it. Had a hard play-off series against philly, then bucks. Just kept on going and going.

This off-season will be super-interesting though. Some of the names on the free agencies are just mouth watering. Durant, kwahi, irving, walker, klay (though i feel he will sign), porzingis, cousins, butler, tobias harris, khris middleton, randle, lopez.

Will be interesting to see who goes where. Specially KD's decision will be a decider in every way.

Different team winning will also benefit NBA. It got quite "boring" with same team so much better than others.

I look forward to see what can Lakers do for next season. Davis is in the play.

I am a clippers fan so fuck lakers. :middlefinger: :D

But ya, will be interesting. They have a lot of firepower. Kuzma, james, rondo, davis.

Clippers have space for 2 maxed out contracts. I just hope that they somehow land kwahi (doc has publicly said it). Irrespective, its a good, young roster, a couple of good additions can do wonders.

Clippers are 2 superstars away from competing for a championship, with Doc Rivers in charge, if they can get a Kawhi, Durant, Irving caliber type of player then they are in business. Klay will stay with the Warriors, despite his ACL injury and KD has an option to stay with the Warriors because of his Achiles injury or he will accept a max salary elsewhere, but will teams take a chance with him? lets see

Klay and KD injuries really hurt the Warriors chances against the Raptors, KD was rushed too soon back from injury and Klay was on fire today until his knee injury, very unfortunate and it definitely changed the game, Curry was very poor by his standards, credit to the Raptors defense. Warriors deserve a lot of credit for fighting until the end and push this series to 6 games, i believe the Raptors wouldnt have stood a chance against a fully healthy Warriors team, but many congrats to them for their 1st championship, Kawhi was immense and a deserved finals MVP, Lowry, Van Fleet, Green, Ibaka, Siakam, etc really played big games. Cheers

Haha I dont have a fav team in NBA, but bacl in the day I was cheering for SA when they had Duncan, Parker and Ginobili. Since then I just enjoy watching games, but the quality has gone down IMO. The defending has become a joke and now everyone wants to shoot 50points per game.

We do have rising star Doncic in the NBA though, Ill be a fan of whoever he plays for :D
