Very poor performance.

Fulham's tactics were spot on, they stopped Mata and Sturridge getting into the game.

We get the goal and why we do sit back? It cost us against Wigan, so we do it again? Why bring Paulo on when you need a goal? Torres should have came off much earlier as well, it was a game for Drogba. We needed someone with more physical presence and someone who would hold the ball up.

We were limited to crosses into the box most of the game especially on the right hand side, just a shame Bos can't cross for his life. We didn't make the most of these opportunities, we needed more men in the box and more width to make the most of the possession we had in wide areas.

Should have switched to 4-4-2, Sturridge going in the middle with Drogba, Kalou on the right and Malouda on the left, with Mata going wherever he wants. A decent cross and more movement and players in the box could have won us this game, also not sitting back after we scored and completely switching off would have won us the game as well. AVB has gone from playing entertaining football, to sitting on a one nil lead, I agreed with it at Wigan but not today.

Class goal by Mata but Terry was the only player who played well which is not good enough.

Just about the last thing Fernando Torres needed on Monday was a half‑time appearance by Jimmy Greaves, a rare visitor to the home of the club for whom, between the ages of 17 and 21, he scored 124 goals in 157 league matches. Now a portly 71-year-old, the immortal Greavsie received an ovation from all quarters of the ground, not least from the visiting Fulham fans clustered in the old Shed End. Poor Torres once again toiled without reward, the £50m striker failing to add to the three Premier League goals scored since his arrival 11 months and 26 appearances ago.

Sad, but true.

What a poor performance today... It looks like our players didn't want to win... Bad fans on SB...

But I still love you, Chels, and I always will...

1. Exactly!!!

2. Right.

Btw, I noticed the stadium was fully silent in the 1st half.. only clapping after some situations. And this game was supposed to be a derby.. Was it really that silent over there?

It's Just So annoying!!!

It's hardly a 'typical derby' though.. Our rivalry with Fulham always been the more friendly type. In fact the only banter you find it "there's only one club in Fulham" :P

thought we saw a great #9 in action today, just his luck that our team didnt even want to play...

the first game ive seen where i wasnt nervous about him losing the ball when he had it.... held up the ball great and showed real skill...

shouldve scored that volley, great bit of skill...

hopefully he looks at this game with his head up...

he deserves it... should help his confidence when DD leaves soon...

for everyone that still wants him gone, he was one of the best players on the pitch today, with no help from his teammates...

bravo torres
