Well aguero is , not sure about yaya and nasri. And unlike pellegrini , klopp can attract top players. But i dont think he will go there, even if the sheiks pump him with money

FFP is anyways a fraud thing. But they will remain within the laws/rules, they will spend 150+ and then take a hit in terms of fine like how they did last time. With the added bonus revenue hitting from next year plus the sale of quite a few players I dont think there would be too much overboard. They are going to be the team which is going to spend the highest in the summer transfer window for sure.

Well there aren't many options in England atm and the rumors are that he doesn't want City and City don't want him either.

I've seen that interview, he wasn't making an oath to have his next job in England, he was just saying that it would make more sense because he speaks English. All that goes down the drain if Madrid come knocking.
