Right back we do need to improve but who is out there that can do the job defensively??? There are plenty who have pace and can bomb on but we need someone who is defensively solid and it's hard to find them.

Most important thing imo is to get rid of Drogba, Kalou and Malouda. Especially the latter 2 who just simply do not deserve to play for the club. Replace them with hungrier players. Alex is just a waste of space atm he is not being played at all. Dunno if somethings gone wrong or if AVB just does not fancy him. JT doesn't have much time left. Luiz needs to work on himself A LOT. Iva is good but not "fantastic". Bosingwa is good against shite teams and just disastrous against better ones

Sturridge isn't working at RW. He hasn't had a single decent game this season in terms of his overall team play. He scored a good goal against Sunderland, shite performance. Good goals against Bolton, okay performance and disappeared in the 2nd half. Poor against Utd, today. He will learn when it comes to judgment and playing the right pass. At least he isn't just a headless chicken and knows where to run, when to run. I certainly hope he'll learn. So we need a proper winger.

Our squad is to big in my opinion . Kalou , Malouda , Drogba , Mikel possibly boswinga and Alex ( hes to good to just keep our bench warm ) should all go and make way for some youth players .

- No, we should not get rid of Torres... Anelka is a great impact sub, I think we should keep him for another year.

- It has been evident for a long time that Malouda and Kalou must go, they can't help us progress. With that in mind we must continue our apparently close pursuit of Hazard. I'm sure we're going to carry on with Neymar, and I hope so but it's unlikely. He can be like a C.Ronaldo but having said that a player like him won't do much for the team but rather himself personally - a selfish mentality, a little like Sturridge but still winning and at times incredible. If Ronaldo changed I'm sure he could.

- Having said that I would love us to follow Pato. I know he's injury prone but hopefully he can overcome these problems. Honestly, he's just like Aguero and if he comes I'm sure he'd have an impact of similar proportions he's that good. He would torment defenders all day long. Our striking options would be quite saturated though with Anelka, Drogba, Sturridge, Lukaku, Torres and Pato so maybe now we'd have to bank out on Drogba and Anelka. As much as it pains me to say it Drogba hasn't been as sharp this season. I've always wanted him to retire at the Bridge and I won't be saddened if he does, but it's a possibility. Equally I think I'm one of the few who still believes that Anelka can offer something to us coming off the bench. Nevertheless, if we're really ready to start a new wave then Drogba and Anelka will unfortunately have to depart leaving us with Lukaku, Torres, Sturridge and Anelka.

- We need a Modric, but I still hope Mceachran get's some time. Remebering we'll have Piazon then too but don't know if he'll get any time if Mceachran doesn't.

Pato is a stretch, for Hazard we'll face stiff competition but its been reported and Modric... I'm really not sure. Goetze or Eriksen in that attacking midfield position would be fantastic but I know they won't be coming, I think we blew it with Eriksen and his dad will never let it happen.

lets all make a long list of players we want to show the door to and then a long list of players worth in excess of £500m and hope that Roman gets his chequebook out.

OK if we have had a very poor season then we should consider this but we have just lost 3-5 and people are calling for us to get rid of half the squad. Agreed Bosingwa and Malouda should go but what has Ivanovic done so badly to warrant a place in the 'out' list? The same goes for Alex.

I think in a way this shows how spoilt we have become as fans that we can make such a long list of players we want and over-react so wildly to one defeat.
