Rambo 1,729
I know there's no point in crying about this now but I still feel gutted that we didn't make the finals that year. I honestly felt that was our year to win it.
Term-X 7,891
No doubt we would have 'done an AC Milan', and gotten revenge over United, the real shame is that Drogba & Terry never got a chance at redemption.

Tomo 21,751
I still wonder what Hiddink was saying to that uefa official. That guy must have felt one of the most robbed men in football, he tactically done Guardiola like a kipper and had things gone our way that night (IE Penalties getting given, taking more chances) it could quite easily have been 7-1 and even that scoreline would have flattered Barca that night. We basically nullified (Nou Camp) and battered (Stamford Bridge) the team that have been battering any one else in the path that season (including Madrid away (6-2) in between the 2 games), that was the night that made me relise properly that Guus Hiddink is a fucking genius, no way would Fergie have outsmarted Guus in Rome which makes it even worse. Kieran. 6,317
What really kills me is the chance that Terry ever lifts that trophy is slim to none.
Spike 12,049
I have nothing against Barca for that game, I have always liked them and always will, but that fucking scumbag Ovrebo will never be forgiven.Handballs! Dangerous Tackles! WHY NO PENALTY?Ballack's and Drogba's reactions sum up that night. For half a second I thought Ballack was going to attack Ovrebo when he was chasing him around the pitch. Kieran. 6,317
I lost any bit of respect I had for Barca after the way they celebrated after "winning." Fuck them.

If I was a player, I would punch this fucking refree in his face.

BlueLion. 21,491
I honestly think that wee lost this tie in the first leg when we missed two one-on-ones... especially Drogba's effort where he tried to chip Valdes. We really ought to have won in the Nou Camp that night, yes we had to rely on Cech to make some outstanding saves but otherwise we had the clearer opportunities. It meant we were under pressure after going just 1-0 up as it meant any Barca goal would kill us. To this day I commend Barca for their fighting spirit, but I still feel cheated. They should never have been given the chance, you can't say all of the penalty shouts were concrete calls but the Pique handball definitely should have been given, the rest you see given and sometimes the opposite. HRiver 1,512
Ballack showed professionalism there. It's clear that his blood reached the boiling point but he managed to control himself. I would have punched him.
