The reason I compared him with De gea is because if you are talking about being the best then the yardsticks has to be with the best. Plus the fact that both have almost parallel careers. 

And about being one among the best thing, I mentioned it already he has potential but he needs to work hard and up his level to get on par with someone like De Gea because he is surely among the best if not the best right now.

I've got the feeling for a long time that he is unhappy here. No point in keeping an unhappy player, he will only further decline. In the Belgian team, he remains a fantastic goalkeeper just like he was before. The past 9 months, he was not at that level for Chelsea anymore.

Most people are bother by KDB leaving because he was hardly giving a chance.

Courtois on the other hand has been giving a chance but he seems not to care about being here.

So if he leaves, regardless if he does good it won't be much of a bother like KDB.

Why? Because we gave him time to play with us and his attitude towards the club stunk.

It's been obvious for a long time he isn't happy here, be it the country, his teammates or the lack of fan support. Also, he's been underwhelming since his return from Atleti.

He could have left out some parts, but the talking is still done on the pitch and he's looking alright to me. Difficult to find a good replacement, there's a reason why big clubs are after him. He acknowledges his contract and has a few years left on it. No one knows what's the situation in 2-3 years. This is one of the smaller problems, imo.
