nice to see Robbie back..if i recall correctly he was part of the coaching staff under Claudio..can`t remember exactly what his position was but i think it was in some role with the youth team.

Steve Holland's promotion was expected with Clement leaving. We like to promote various team coaches to the next level with managerial changes. I wonder who will take over the Youth team role. Interesting they made a point to mention the goalkeeper coach is staying but nothing about Clement & English.

What an excellent appointment RDM is, Chelsea man and with some great experience in management himself. Steve Holland is another clever appointment, the man is a very good coach and even though it is the shame the reserves will not benefit from him anymore him being involved with AVB will help to allow youngsters to move into the first team.

Have not seen the press conference yet but from the snippets i have seen he has come across VERY well and with RDM appointed also things are looking even more exciting. Bring on the next season
