I dont think its fair to compare Hiddink with AVB.

It's not about comparing them but if we choose Hiddink over AVB in the summer and was in the same position we are now it doesn't take a genius to work out that alot of fans would be berating the board for overlooking "young and hungry AVB".

Hiddick is never gana happen and will just lead to problems afters so might as well accept AVB is our manager and show at least some support.Easy to do that when we're winning it seems.Which is the same for other teams mean there were some Man U fans wanting Fergie out after going out of tbe CL...seemed to forget everything else the guy had done for them and their league postion and all..

We've lost 5 games..same amount of Arsenal but these draws are bloody costly seeing how they're above us

I can't really see AVB getting sacked any time soon.

Before Scolari and Ancelotti got the chop their was rumours about them being on borrowed time long before they got sacked. Their was speculation about Jose's future for all of 06/07 and had we won the CL that year he would have probally resinged on the spot.

Their has been no noises about Roman losing patience with AVB.

Give it time and the press will spur their story...know the sacking has got bad when soon as we go on a bad run bets are being taken about when the manager will get the sack!

That Jose thing was weird! Remeber being at whatever game it was in January and all through it just his songs..and his really sad press interview after and all

And it seems he has backing from what has been said just hope it does play out like that

No problem give him time ( well we aint gonna play CL next year then!). But agree the attitude of many players suck,

But that doesnt help with a clueless kiddo telling the same shit game after game. SACK HIM NOW!.

Let him build this team to his style of play. We cried out for this under Carlo, and now everyone wants to jump ship.

Man United wouldn´t be at the level they are now if they axed Furgeson after one unsecsessful season. They kept the faith in his potential and how it paid off. We are not as succesfull as Man United but thats where we want to be on the long run. I as a Chelsea supporter want success like anybody else but i am not fooled by the ones who are saying that if we rush it, it will come. Impatience is asking for the impossible. I´d rather go through this season not celebrating any silverware than finding us manager-less in the summer with a bunch of cokey egos in the dressing room and some Chelsea fans who are behaving like they are managers and know the complexity of the game in and out and going on after every bad game "axe the gaffer, it is his fault, and only his fault".

I am sick of this, i honestly am. Impatience and behaving like we are the biggest club in the world that will go to the dogs if we lose a game. It is not rocket science that things like a "long project" take time to develop. Calling AVB helpless and idiotic because of players that don´t do what they did before in playing good individualy and as a team is just something that is beyond me.

After Moscow Chelsea should´ve started the transistion progress. Instead the board went for the biggest name around and clutched onto players that were on the peak, obviously, but not as imperior as before. Instead of investing in youth we went for the quick success. I don´t think that for the past three years the board has done anything better than appointing AVB. Starting from scratch, if you want.

In fact i am so dissapointed after a result like yesterday but going on here and reading that people still act like there is one scapegoat and one individual to blame for a game as complex as football is just more disappointing. I often thought about not going on here and read what some people have to say (the vast majority luckily is reasonable) which goes like "axe him buy him than bing".

Rant over. Thank you.

Happy New Year.

keep the motherfreaking faith and that lovely blue flag flying high, of course. but think once or twice before trolling around.

I shall not tell that i wanted Ancelotti to stay, because at the end i thought like many that this young man could do fantastic stuff to our

club, i was so wrong he is the bigest mistake this club has ever hired in my opinion.

He can still do a fantastic job, you must give him the time to do so. He's building a squad which we'll reap the reward for in the long-term. Stand by him, remember when we took a risk with Vialli?

Thats true. But he shows no guts to risk something - ever substitute he brings on is played save at best, or simpel - wrong choice. He tould us he has Abramovich behind him building a new team, right?.

Since he arrived last summer what has changed for good?. Couple of players are shinning, but the rest are gone to sleep. Tell me RZA what are you waiting for?, a revolution in tearms of a new squard,

you really belive that?- building a squad with what?, like buying a new team is that what you see us doing now in January?. Lets be real shall we, Chelsea is not the number one target of any top-top player

anymore, and im not sure if that doesnt could turn out to be good for our future?. He is not the right man for the job, we would have seen some improvment instead of the opposit .

Okay, perhaps we cannot attract the big names. However, André's proven to have a good scout method at the moment, perhaps he knows of some gems in Europe that can be signed cheap and be used more effectively. We are frustrated by lack of McEachran in this squad - Agreed. But I'm sure André sees him as part of the long-term spine of this club.

He won't buy many in January, it's not the right market to do so. But he'll start. He'll keep at it, won't give up, won't revert to Mourinho's tactics/players.. He's trying to eradicate that whole mentality within the squad.

I still believe he's the right man for the job, with time, I hope, he'll prove it.

Nah its daft to make changes in January because clubs just slap on stupidly high prices on their players anyway

Big big names as well...dont always live up to what they should be....AVB needs to be able to make the signing he wants to make in summer!Torres and Sheva signings still very hmmmm whose idea/buys were they because neither manager seemed thrilled with who they got

His subs I agree are odd...against City and Valencia they worked but of late not so much.If the players dont give a crap and arent willing for 90 mins do what they're meant to do then come summer they can bog off
