agree with most of your points . Also failed to recognise a squad needs to be constantly refreshed . We had 3 years without bringing in anyone

new, Perhaps it was felt players would step up from the academy but that just didn't happen . The continuing failure of that department brings

into question the standard of coaching they receive there.

If i'm honest, i reckon this awful season could be a good thing in the long run because this hasn't happened to him before. He will learn a hell of a lot from this and if he can get through it and come out the other side, even if it takes a few years, he'll be a much better manager for it. Managers need this for their own experience at times so when or if it happens again, he knows how to deal with it so at least it's came early in his career.

I am very unhappy at the way we are, the tempo, the desire, the quality, the form, the performances, the passing speed, the passion and what seems a huge lack of motivation (All of them a lack of btw), the list could go on even more but we have to just try and show him our support because he must be feeling it a bit.

This run hopefully has shown him that there is a lot of shit in this squad and in the summer, not now because you can't really overhaul a squad in January but in the summer, changes will be made, players will come and players will go.

Now we just need to stick with the players and AVB and help guide them into the top 4. It's not gonna be easy but they need our support and we need to somehow stay positive for them even if we're pissed off.

The messiah is someone else now. When he fails to win every match with this squad he will need to get a sack.

All AVB has to do to be the Messiah round here again is get himself sacked while Hiddink comes in and still struggles with this squad.

I dont think its fair to compare Hiddink with AVB.

It's not about comparing them but if we choose Hiddink over AVB in the summer and was in the same position we are now it doesn't take a genius to work out that alot of fans would be berating the board for overlooking "young and hungry AVB".

I can't really see AVB getting sacked any time soon.

Before Scolari and Ancelotti got the chop their was rumours about them being on borrowed time long before they got sacked. Their was speculation about Jose's future for all of 06/07 and had we won the CL that year he would have probally resinged on the spot.

Their has been no noises about Roman losing patience with AVB.
