guarin will be already 28 next summer. it aint like he has got 10 years to develop. he is already nearly a finished player and hasnt proven himself that much. he wasnt even a standout player for Porto..they sold him for like 10 million I think. he is a good player, but not world-class. and what we need is world-class in the DM.

I know that he is a good player but not what we need. he has a good shot from the distance and a good technique. but he is slow and often very sloppy in possession. he is more a AMF than a CM, especially because defensively he is very weak. he aint also running that much and he isnt a guy who is actually dictating a game. he is a little bit like a Van der Vaart, who often tries to get in to the box and shoot or pass through the defence. he aint the DPL we need nor is he someone who can dictate/command a game. futhermore he isnt very dynamic and we already have Lampard, Mikel and Essien who are all slow. @Sheva but not buying someone who costs 20 !! million euros. we arent talking about peanuts. if we would buy someone as a stop-gap who is cheap, maybe ok, but 20m is a lot. and Mourinho never wanted him at Real Madrid..if he wanted, they would have bought him. schürrle wasnt a mourinho signing at all. we wanted him 1 year before mou even arrived. and yeah mourinho also signed the likes of Quaresma for example. but its easier to say XY knows best instead of using the own brain. he aint no B2B at all. his favorite position is the AMF behind the strikers. defensively he is way too weak to play as a B2B and also he hasnt got the lung to run that much. he is more of a creative player with a good technique and good finishing skills but not a B2B or CM at all. would be another dumb transfer, because we dont need no AMFs. only if we sell mata+ another one maybe.

I agree with you, but you have to consider that in the last weeks, we havent played good football compared to our standards. some people of course are overreacting, but all in all, credit where is due and atm, the team doesent deserves the credit- and neither does mou. maybe after monday, a lot will change. Monday will be a huge game and a win would be massive.

diego costa has a release clause worth 38 m euros. rossi would be another 20 if not more. would be 58 million alone on strikers. futhermore, we arent playing with 2 strikers (at least atm) and Rossi surely wont come here to play the 2nd gear. Witsel is not really someone who dictates the game. also he isnt really shining for Zenit at all. he stagnates in his development.

it was the same with real madrid. they conceded tons of goals at set pieces. we are playing quite well. controlling the game and getting some chances. the goal was clearly cechs fault.

Willian couldnt create anything at all. all he did is getting the ball and playing backwards or to the men standing next to him. and Mata also couldnt create any chance at all. and in the 2nd half he was a total passenger. futhermore we cant get any width to our game. azpi cant attack as a LB, and Ivas attacks are mostly just embarassing. he cant cross properly and his passing game is also limited...if not hazard, we would not have created anything today I think.

how on earth willian was excellent? i cant remember one good action by him. always played the ball back to the defender or to our DM. he really couldnt create anything the whole game and drifted in to the centre far too often. he has no clue how to play with our team at the moment.
