  1. I received my tickets for Sunderland (1st Nov) today, my first since becoming a member on the disabled rota, with the tickets came a letter with details about disabled parking actually in Chelsea village. There are only five spaces and they are on a first come first served basis. Also the tickets stated seat numbers which confused me a bit (not hard to do these days) So I phoned the number on the letter and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, I got one of the on site parking spaces which pleased me no end, but she explained that even in a wheelchair you have to have seat numbers and one would obviously be for me and the other for my carer. The lady as I said couldn't have been nicer and explained everything. I have found the whole disabled rota thing dealt with in a thouroughly professional and caring manor, and when you consider we don't have to pay for either of the tickets, I think its bloody brilliant. With all the crap service you hear about these days for disabled and able bodied people, I thought I'd give some credit where its due. Well done Chelsea.
  2. Almost!!!! But I think that title belongs to the ref who was a complete twat all afternoon. Very frustrating afternoon all round. First the injuries, then the constant fucking whistle (except where it was needed to give the penalty) then Anelka. But a point is far far better than how it was looking mid way through the second half.
  3. Listen to your heart Hingis, Not what other people say. If you scream with joy when we score, and are happy all week when we win, downhearted when we concede and gutted if we lose, then I guess your a Chelsea fan.
  4. Heard that on the news earlier Greg. There's no way that the worlds greatest ever band can get it together now, and if they did, they could never sound the same. R.I.P. Richard, TC's thoughts are with your friends and family.
  5. So we were all wrong. The ban has been lifted and JT still has never had a straight red in his professional career. Great that he can now help us batter them red bastards.
  6. No he's not Yougs, he's a bell end and would never admit he's made a mistake.
  7. If you ask me, the free kick was brilliant and for his debut, he had a good game. He has had one day with his team mates, I would have loved him to join us. So to say what you have said The Wes, seems a bit daft to me, sorry mate, but thats how I see it.
  8. Look here's my tuppence worth. 1) Robinho went where the money was and who wouldn't ? 2) Real are still the bastards we all knew they have always been. 3) A lot of the pressure will be off of us now. 4) If we are gutted about Robinho going to City, how must SWP be feeling right now ? We just have to get on with it, and prove Lamps right. We can win all the trophies with the players we have. Difficult I know, but it can be done.
  9. I like that idea and it could be a sub forum in match chat, I won't do anything until Jim and David express their views though.
  10. I think today ought to have show Roman and Uncle Fester that we need to get him almost at any price. As BB says, he is a great dribbler and can hold a ball up well, something we sadly lacked today against Spudz. This will end tomorrow for sure with us having to pay a bit over the top.
  11. Still waiting on my disabled membership to be returned, there seems to be a backlog with memberships this year.
  12. Cheers for the link, If I get really bored watching paint dry, or can't quite manage to cut my wrists properly, I may if there really is nothing else to do, tune in and watch.
  13. Never one to amble through a game imo, he always gave his all, even if his all wasn't quite the all needed and demanded by us the fans. But he was a very likable bloke and personally I wish him all the luck he deserves at Citeh. Cheers Shauny all the best little fella.
  14. Chill guy's, all this is paper talk. The deal can still happen, four days to go yet and a deal can be struck overnight. Admittedly like Dave says "I'm worried" too, as we really are a bit light up front now. But fingers crossed this is all bullshit and he will sign this afternoon.
  15. Couldn't agree more BL. SWP has had his chance and is just not consistent enough for us. Malouda could well have the season of his life as Drogs did and then everyone will change their views on him just like they did with Didier.
  16. From what I have seen of him BB, I think he is on a par with Robben with the potential to be a lot better. But remember that I absolutely loved Arjen and wanted him to stay.
  17. Will always be loved by us, and what a fantastic quote. Great to have memories Jose and we will always appreciate what you did for us. The history books will always say that Grant took us to the ECL final, but us the fans know it was your Chelsea, that got there. Now lets hope the history books show that Scolari was the manager that won the quadruple with us.
  18. It must have been so difficult for Clarkey, As you say CM, he is Chelsea through and through and after the high of Jose's time with us, having to work under Grant must have been like a kick in the bollocks for him. The fella played well for us and is now coaching well for us and although there is supposedly no room for sentiment in football, I firmly believe that Steve should be looked after by the board.
  19. I reckon Robinho will get the number 7 shirt now.
  20. Being linked with the barcodes now. I don't think it would be a wise move for us to offload Malouda and SWP, even if we sign Robinho.
  21. Wow wow wow. If we carry on playing like we did in this game, then ManUre shouldn't even bother trying. We played some of the best football I have seen for a long while. If Arsenal play beautiful football, then today we must have played beautiful, fantastic, brilliant football Deco was an absolute sensation today. Ballacks pass for Joey was exquisite. Not going to get carried away for now, but all the signs are good. Oh and a home draw with the barcodes, isn't the best of results for old purple nose.
  22. I agree Esk, We could get years of very skillful service out of him. Shit maybe even sell him on for a profit in five years. Well we did buy Sheva at that price at that age, so you never know.
  23. Prawn sandwiches Twats that eat them (i mean at games) and then have to ask "who's that with the ball now Sebastian ?" Steve Maclaren Disabled parking Being allowed to wear Dr Martens into the ground, now that nobody wears them.
  24. Jesus, it sounds as though somebody has stuck that fucking umbrella up his arse. What a complete insult to the Dutch nation. It won't be long before FC Twente will soon work out that he couldn't manage a wank nevermind a football club. The man is a national embarrassment. :censored:
  25. You are absolutely right mate they do, but show me one of those fans that wouldn't have him in their side in a heartbeat, and I'll show you a fucking liar.
