The problem with Liverpool for me is they were gifted that game last night and still didn't win. I don't worry about Liverpool one jot but the thing that I think is that Liverpool always raise their game against United, us and Arsenal yet it's the games like last night, away to Swansea etc that they will lose points. It's still very early days.

Whilst the mods have to do their best to keep things on track it is also a duty of the members to actually act their age and not their shoe size by taking things off topic on a constant basis. It's 50/50 split, we want the forum to function and by taking things off topic we have to make ourselves culpable.

Delighted for Moses and his goal last night, had another really good game.

Great spectacle this game, Liverpool are really playing some good football.

Which is exactly what I have said in both match thread and in here. The said players mentioned are all as culpable as each other, proper heads gone moment. One, along with shit finishing that cost us the game.

Comes at a good time so soon after the Everton defeat, get at them and no mercy.

And what makes me laugh is how quick people are to trying and hide his mistakes instead of saying what he did was complete and utter awful. The fact of the matter is there was a number of players to blame, and Luiz being one of them, this is the Luiz thread and he is topic of discussion. Jose will not tolerate amateurish mistakes, this goes for anyone, or they will be dropped...that simple.

He didn't have the best of games, but let's not get too critical over him just yet, he needs time and we need to be patient.

Amazing how may players missed the International football call ups yet looking at the weekend they some how made a great recovery. Hazard, Rooney and tonight it sounds like Sturridge will start, just to name a few. I am not fussed about anything England or any country in fact, just as long as the Chelsea boys are well it's all that matters but it does smack of 'England meh'

So he may have an injury going into this game but he still played 90 minutes, and he was very poor IMO and ineffective. Needs to step it up, I'm sure he will.

Cech can only be blamed for the bad throw not the attempt to keep it out, too point blank to do anything with.

We haven't seen Willian play, Schwarzer hasn't had a sniff, Schurrle wasn't great against Everton but worked incredibly hard in previous games, we haven't seen Van Ginkel properly and whilst Eto'o missed chances against Everton surely we can't judge these a failure after one game?

There were a number of mistakes in the lead up to the goal as highlighted above, but I cannot think more the life of me what Luiz was fucking doing.
