Absolutely, Jose did something very special - faults and all he remains the best manager we've ever had - sadly Grant's slowly dismantled all the hard work Jose put in and thats reflected not only in recent poor form and embarrassing results but also in the players faces and body language. Cant have it both ways. Roman was slated for not handing over money in January so he cant be slated when he sanctions transfers as well. Fact is, Jose was not a master in the transfer market, bought us some talent, no question there, but my god he bought us a lot of shit in his time as well. Was it just Roman who put his foot down over Alves or was that agreed? they were trying to take the right royal piss out of us over him and we had to have a cut off point. Belletti was by no means Jose's worst decision. Agree with most of that, but to be fair it isnt just about what happened to Chelsea is it? that was football all over really.
