  1. From what I read, Keshi (Nigerian coach) preferred Odemwingie to Ideye in the World Cup squad due to his ability to play on either wing. Interesting signing for West Brom though...Ideye, Berahino and Sessengon should work well as a physical trio in the Championship
  2. As a coach, Drogba would be a great addition..but as a player, we don't need him His last moment should be that penalty kick!
  3. I can see why Arsenal fans think Khedira will be a game changer...he's got that bit of steel which they clearly lack in midfield. Ramsey and Khedira would be an interesting combo for the gooners As for Chelsea...unless Ramires leaves, I don't see the point of spending 20 million on Khedira....
  4. Now that Ba is all but gone and Eto'o is all but gone....and Lukaku is talking his way out of the club...we're left with Torres as the #2
  5. I'll be delighted if Allegri is the new Juve manager....great opportunity for Roma to step-up and close the gap this season
  6. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/newcastle-united-close-signing-feyenoord-7417280 Newcastle set to sign Janmaat for 5 million
  7. Michu has been looking to move to a 'bigger' club since the end of the season... His options were Napoli and Arsenal until the latter confirmed the transfer of Alexis Sanchez...
  8. What gives you the right to call Lukaku a "prick"? Also regarding KDB, Lukaku was right...he didn't get along with José and got sold..even though in terms of creative ability, he's twice the player Oscar could ever hope to be
  9. Replace Rojo with Filipe Luis and I totally agree with your team
  10. http://en.clubatleticodemadrid.com/noticias/mandzukic-is-now-an-atletico Atletico's new striker: Mario Mandzukic
  11. http://www.soccernews.com/atletico-set-sign-ochoa/150134/ I really hope Atletico end up signing Ochoa, would be a very good replacement for Courtois
  12. I'd say Thomas Müller is Germany's best attacking player...followed by Reus
  13. He still doesn't fit Chelsea's system Hope he does well at Real Madrid
  14. He'd be feeling motivated, extra competition, no chance of complacency this season
  15. http://www.sportal.com.au/football/news/mvila-set-for-inter-move/1jgad5161dxjf1qc1qezwfns2b M'Vila to Inter Milan (all but done), interesting move
  16. Don't really understand that move by Fulham You would of thought they'd be spending wisely in the Championship...
  17. I just don't see City taking a step back...they've made two quality signings (in key positions) already and they've all but signed Benatia. I can see us winning the title IF we manage to break-down mid-table clubs this time!
  18. Would love Pogba in our midfield (if Ramires & Mikel both get sold)
  19. Casemiro will probably be going on loan according to reports... Totally forgot about Alonso!
  20. Without Khedira, they have no defensive midfielder. Kroos is rubbish on defense
  21. Isn't Khedira more of a defensive midfielder?
  22. Totally agree, I think this season would be a perfect opportunity to see a youngster like Chalobah or Van Ginkel make the step-up to the first team I really like Van Ginkel's skill-set, looks like the type of player that could add something different to our experienced trio in Matic, Fabregas and Ramires..
  23. I would say Miroslav Stoch was good enough to play for us as a squad winger.
  24. http://www.nufc.co.uk/articles/20140701/united-sign-siem-de-jong_2281670_3943578 Siem De Jong is officially a Newcastle player
  25. http://www.caughtoffside.com/2014/07/01/exclusive-arsenal-agree-32m-deal-to-sign-alexis-sanchez-shirt-number-assigned-personal-terms-agreed/ Sanchez to Arsenal almost done
