Willian can never be as direct as Douglas Costa in any team including Brazil. He slows down attacks while Douglas Costa is like robben in making things happen fast. It depends on the attitude of the player.

That's why he is underrated compare to his obvious talent. He is a poor finisher.He'll play the best, but nothing he did contributed to a goal. He needs to develop his finishing, he's brushing off this aspect of the game like he doesn't need it. He has the talent and ability to be as good a finisher as lampard at the very least.

The guy is direct, doesn't slow down the attack and he can dribble, he's dribbling as well as Hazard last season and he's even faster. He was the dribbler we should have gotten on the right wing. It's painful to see how we missed out on our solution.

He just needs to learn how to finish. He can have all the play, he can have all the dribbles, but finishing/scoring is what makes the team win. And hazard is bad at it for his level

That guy has a high football technique. Doesn't lose the ball easily and dribbles with ease, that is the kind of quality I wish to have in our 4 attacking positions. I'm tired of players that can't control the ball well, or lack technical quality starting in our attack and earning 100,000 a week. We should specify on the level of technique in players allowed to play for us.
