i have noticed he isn't just a ronaldo, bale or messi type of player but he is more of a ribery/nasri player. I wish he could be more than that This is why im being so critical of him to change while he's young. The only thing stopping him is his attitude. If he brings in more urgency and responsibility to his game, he will suddenly start taking more driving runs and shots which create chances out of nothing. But sadly hazard is too much of a team player for this, so we need the team to play well for hazard to shine.

We need as much creativity as we can get when teams park that bus. Luiz, mata and willian need to be starting more now.

You know I completely forgot about that poor control that could have put us 2-0 ahead. I don't even feel as if its bad form. I feel it has to do with confidence and decision making. Even against westbrom, he was missing in the first half till he decided to dribble his fullback and fire a shot(purely his decision or sudden rise in urgency) which led to the goal. So if he can stay confident that he can do that a lot, he will still be the same person as last season. Schurrle is not as talented as hazard but has confidence to run at defenders, hell even townsend runs at defenders far more than hazard which is strange. If he attempts to run and is stopped then I can understand. But now he rarely attempts to run at all which means its looking like a confidence problem than form. The fact that Last season he averaged 5-6 dribbles per game, but this season its dropped to 2 dribbles per game. Massive difference.

I think he and ramires are the same type of tackling players. But schneiderlin has physicality that ramires doesnt have. We cant buy any player that would make our pivot too light weight beside ramires.

Teams can easily figure out its the same pattern and sit deep, leading to almost the same situation. The only way to effectively increase our chances is to allow the left back to join the attack. If he doesn't do this, then we might as well start our matches with 3-5-2 since that's the only time we attack like a big team.

Its crazy. I remember in madrid, he allowed marcelo to go forward at all times on ronaldo's wing. But arbeloa never went forward, never. It was wierd but, I didn't think it was a serious problem because they were scoring goals anyway. Now he has come to the EPL where teams don't even bother moving forward just to take a point. He has to let one more person join the attack, to provide width on the other flank. Its stupid if he isn't seeing this. The ivanovic attacking weakness is just part of the problem, another problem is: For 3 years now our left wing is our most active part of our attack combinations. Lampard, ashely cole and hazard/malouda/anelka were more attacking than the other side. Mourinho is now totally changing to the other flank and telling our former attacking flank to defend. Its going to take a very long time for us to adapt because that is a massive change. The second problem is his constant changing of the starting 11. Only terry, hazard and ramires are sure starters. That is outrageous considering we are in november, he just has to stick to one 11 till they get things right.

I cant understand why the left back doesnt attack under mourinho. This is begining to look like its part of his tactics. It is very stupid against teams that park the bus because we need them to be unsettled on both flanks so that we can break them down. Arsenal and mancity allow their fullbacks to bomb forward, but with us our left backs just seem to wait back. I'm just hoping this is not his tactics because its been terrible so far.
