Maybe it's a bit harsh to say that, considering his broken nose and the fact that he is not exactly the first option in attack, but it seems to me that so far in two months he hasn't offered that much more than Torres. A week or two ago I thought about the JT situation and it felt really strange, like there is something more to it. In the past he's been playing through injuries and has always been a starter as long as he is medically cleared and now those continuous spells at the bench, with the excuse he has not regained his fitness, are really shady.

If Torres leaves, I could totally see a move for another ultra expensive striker.
