Varane would be great, but as others have said, Real wouldn't sell. Modric would be perfect and, perhaps, Madrid would sell him fairly cheaply to us as they have done with other expensive players they have bought and then sold. Would also take Benzema(if we weren't getting either of falcao/cavani/lewandowski (sp?)

Arsenal should get all 9 points from their remaining games to be honest.. Spurs game for us is a must win.

I'd say stay at Watford (if he isn't coming back to Chelsea) and stay with Zola. He seems to get on well with his manager who happens to be a Chelsea legend and seems happy within the squad, wouldn't make sense to loan him to a different club IMO.

Thanks for posting this. He seems an intelligent young man and relatively grounded (though, this is not saying much considering footballers these days). Hopefully Courtois will be one of many young Belgian talents that can develop and prosper at Chelsea: Hazard, KdB, Lukaku and Courtois are all realistic first team players over the course of the next few seasons.

Yes I realise that, my post was slightly tongue in cheek (maybe I failed at that) but I am/have been critical of how we treat our youngsters and heap pressure/expectation on them without giving them game time to improve.

great first touch and was it finished on his weaker foot? If I recall correctly his first touch was woeful during pre-season - guess his touch will improve with more game time/confidence, looks a good prospect.
