Swansea removing the buy out clause from his contract surely has made him too expensive for a back-up. He is going nowhere.
-
this. His hold-up play has been miles better than Ba's or Torres's and not worse than Remy's or Drogba's. Costa despite not as gifted has been almost on par with Agüero in terms of goals+influence on his team and in his first season in English football. He has already scored about as many goals as Agüero scored in his first whole season in English football. At the beginning of the season I predicted him to score 20-25 goals in the league which is exactly what he will do and exactly what we bought him for. Drogba had his highest scoring seasons with 29 and 32. We should give Costa as much time.
-
with decent profit i guess, which is exactly what he was bought for. He was a rather risky investment cos he cost a million or two at only 16 but I am sure we can make at least 5 or 6m with him. this. But i wonder whether Leicester is really the best option for him. Vitesse on the other hand need a striker really bad, they had to play our own Bertrand Traore as false 9 in recent days. In the Eredivisie he will score for fun. With Thorgan's probable departure he can be our no1 cashcow.
-
so we should at least find a buyer who is willing to pay more now. He is one of our biggest cashcows. 8m is way below his market value. this. When they try to mess with up simply terminate the loan there. He wil still be 8m in summer when there are more bidders for him.
-
He is worth much more. I doubt this is true. But his contract here only runs till 2016 so that's maybe why. But we should not sell him to Mönchengladbach. We should call him back to put them into place. Prolong his contract and loan him elsewhere. We can make much much more profit on him.
-
I was sure Real were in for him too because their sporting director Zidane is such a big fan.
-
4 year contract would be too short to make decent profit on him. He should get at least 5.5 years contract. Vitesse might appear a level too low for him even though I am sure in that league he would score 30+ goals every season and would be worth a fortune in 2 years. sign him up and sent him to a striker friendly league.
-
this is not yet done and dusted. We own the raced against ManU and Real the two biggest clubs in the world to sign Hazard, surely we can sign Reus for crazy money.
-
In games like this he should take more responsibility and take the shot on. I remember at Arsenal and Barca he scored at least 10-15 goals per season. Why can't he do this for us?
-
try reading the comment correctly? There goes A tilte. Bayern have already won the Bundesliga. How are we gonna beat them in the CL when they can rest their entire squad in their joke of a league while we have to play 4 competitions with 15 players?
-
whatever this winning mentality is, City don't got it either.
-
ings looks like the knife guy in Costa's mafia gang
-
5 added minutes of course for 4 fouls
-
Mee plays rather meh
-
which is exactly what they shouldn't do. City are great at unlocking packed defences but are shit in defense themselves
-
what an equaising goal. watch lampard score the winner now
-
Burnley are playing City to the wall. But we all now what will happen.
-
If we do not recover that winning mentality of Jose's first stint here, we will not win the title. City have Toure, Silva and soon also Agüero who love nothing more than a parked bus. They break those shit teams down with ease and when they don't they have Jovetic or Lampard coming off the fuckin bench and scoring the winner every time. Players like Fonte, Yoshida, Targett or Stephen fuckin Davis should not stop Hazard, Costa, Fabregas from scoring. We need more urgency all over the pitch. The media is hyping us to be the perfectly balanced team, a machine head and shoulders above the rest. Maybe we are but our players obviously believe that bullshit and get complacent. Our lack of killer instinct has cost us today, cost us vs newcastle, Sunderland and is also the reason why we did not win either game in Manchester even though we were exactly that, head and shoulders above the opposition but did not have the balls nor the will nor the concentration to kill them off. Despite that apparent lack of big game mentaity we have not played a bad first half of the season. In fact we played a very good one. 46 points after 19 games is a good even though not great feat. In every other season we would be 6 points up ahead. But this league will surrender to City game after game, which is why we will need at least 90 points to win the league, not the usual 86. We got a young team a draw here is not the end of the world, but win this title and this can be the beginning of an era. We should not let our incapability to deliver when it matter become a dominant trait of us like it is for Arseanl. We are Chelsea! KTBFFH

They did not even mark Iva and let him cross every time, cos they know his balls in are shit.
-
there goes a title. I don't know what title, but now we don't have any cushion on City we can't rest players anywhere which means we will lose out on one of 4 titles with such a thin squad. Probably will be CL. All our fancy play is worth nothing without scoring. But the worst thing we did not even try to score. No shots no headers, Forster did not even have to make on crucial save. We lack the killer instinct in Fergie time. Fergie-Utd and even City would have won this with a twice deflected Hernandez/Lampard goal.
-
our crosses have been shit, but there has been no player who speculates on them either. We are just poor. We probably need a player like Hernadez who simply score no matter what.
-
lost a 7 points gap on City, who are gifted every game. Something is not right in this world
-
over and out. will end this way
-
this. when teams park the bus all we got is individual class.
-
Of course they do. Man City always win. actually its more the opposition forfeit every time. They might as well cut the pretence and give City the 3 points already.
