  1. Dam you sarcasm! Else I agree with everything in this post lol
  2. Dude regardless of what other 'facts' may or may not exist - MOURINHO clearly threw a tantrum at both medical staff and both got suspended. He then publicly humiliated them in a post match interview. That is indefensible. If he had a problem it should have been aired behind closed doors. But Mourinhos childish ego got the better of him and he now has to take any critiscism about this on the chin like an adult. He truly is a pathetic person - I cannot wait to see the back of him in the summer....
  3. Amen to that Not even the Mourinho fanatics can defend his youth integration policy - he just doesn't give people consistent chances to bed in and impress, yet plays shit players constantly. It's just mind boggling. To me that's his biggest flaw as a manager and why he eventually loses the motivation of players, a close second is his stupid comments and lack of accountability when things go wrong, but when things go right, he is the special one again. I'm glad the club have backed him until the summer - that shuts up the media and fans saying 'give him a chance' But in the summer if we don't replace him, I will be very sad and fearful of our future...
  4. Would be great if he's the new Aguero
  5. I'm not sure what's up with him - it's probably too early to judge He looked like scoring every game for the first half of last season, a bit like Harry Kane - both have suffered this season. We know his hamstring is made of jelly He's definitely better when he plays off the shoulder of the defender, but we haven't seen that for a while... I would prefer him to go get his operation and bring in a new striker to pair up with Remy. Falcao is not that man.
  6. I assume eight = great Otherwise we'll be the new Harry Redknapp signing 16 players on deadline day
  7. Agreed - re-watched the highlights and there were plenty of chances - I wanted 3-0 and we could and should have had that... Just still not sure how we will fare against better teams. But yes, definitely signs of improvement - would be nice if we could go on Arsenal esque run and put together 19 wins in a row Wow nearly got a nosebleed looking at the table, up to 15th :)
  8. Sigh - we are still shit Wish we had gone with Klopp - really enjoyed watching them thrash City. The high pressure and quick passing is exactly how we should play, and we used to play before Jan 2015...
  9. We won Arsenal lost Normality is temporarily resumed
  10. Lol at Arsenal and Leicester top of the table
  11. Oops I am encouraged - just need a 3-0 win, goals breed confidence, confidence breeds goals... I'd take 2 free kicks and a deflection
  12. I never expected a change? The whole thing is broken, an International break isn't going to solve anything. But fair play to those that do expect miracles
  13. Yup that's why I said hopefully second half will be more clinical I appreciate we look better and 3 points is the only aim
  14. Dominating against a shit Norwich team is hardly cause for optimism Not bring able to score from open play against shit teams is really worrying. Hopefully it will be a more clinical second half...
  15. Isis and a manifesto - next they'll have a consultation on the HS2 and maybe some input on the NHS... To be fair they couldn't fuck it up as much as our Govt
  16. We could always remove 'one piece' instead of four Who knows that might be the better option
  17. Done - but I answered No and quiz was over What the fuck is a SAT? I took GCSE's the first year of them after GCSE'S Sat= standardised aptitude test at a guess????
  18. Lol selling those and keeping Ramires and Mikel I know it's not a true article - but says it all really - even the media realise how shit we are
  19. He needs to play - just wanna hear that belting out round the ground Might cheer everyone up a little and maybe get a performance out of the lads
  20. They achieve fear, fear leads to anger and knee jerk reactions - with people wrongly blaming innocent followers of a faith that has been incorrectly portrayed in the media. This leads to stupid acts against the 'terrorists' which in turn kills more innocent people. This then gives credence to the bullshit spouted by the extremists and maybe radicalises a few more people, hell bent on revenge. It's a cycle that has been repeated over and over again during humanity ad infinteum. There's too much ignorance on both sides and only education can fix this - bombing for peace is an oxymoron. The 'terrorists' know that each action they take will convert more followers - rightly or wrongly, that is their only recruitment tactic available. France dropping 20 bombs will do nothing other than play into their hands as more innocent people are caught up in the situation Truly a shocking weekend.
  21. They didn't 'patrol' as such - they were overseeing regular army deployments and engaged on side missions to mainly infiltrate and collect Intel. They really don't like people to see their faces
  22. They are the crack team of UK fighters - they differ from the US Delta Force as they are sworn to secrecy and don't reveal they are SAS. They train for years and the recruitment process is tough. They were formed in the Second World War and made a huge difference. They very rarely go for a Big Bang - they try to operate as if they were never there - and try to keep casualties to a bare minimum. There's some good novels by ex SAS veterans - Andy McNab and Chris Ryan
  23. For me it's all about 'Global Education' and a fair distribution of wealth. There's no coincidence that people with a high level of education prefer diplomacy to resolve issues, whilst those without education tend to err towards violence. Yes, the current forms of Govt in the world are not the best, but they are the best we have right now, yes the distribution of wealth is appalling and more needs to be done to resolve this. But viewing all leaders as corporate puppets is not a healthy view - we only see the public side of the decisions these 'Leaders' have to make, I don't doubt it's a hard job. I have had similar experiences when I was forced to lay off around 30% off my staff at a previous job. I came up with a model that was only slightly more expensive (meant no bonuses for us, no pay rises for a few years and some people dropping to 4 day weeks, to keep ALL employees) - sadly it was rejected and good people lost their jobs. Why? Because the people above me had to reduce the headcount for an acquisition - but couldn't say anything as bound by NDA. So at first I was furious, then I had to accept that they made the right decision as 70%+ of employees were better off under their approach. You will never get the 30% to agree (well not all of them) that it was the right decision as 'emotions' cloud the issues, a few years on - I still bump into these people and they are all doing well and are happy. I bet if I asked them now, their views would be different. So a combination of time and intelligence will always triumph (IMHO) the knee jerk reactionary of let's resort to violence or anger. How the world implements this is beyond my Intelligence - but I'm sure there are people capable out there.
  24. I would ignore FIFA rankings - they are about as accurate as Torres
