It's more than that though - it's the way he gets it in for a player and then they are done here, whilst others play even when absolute shite. That's the problem with him, he doesn't exploit the squad to its best. Yes, some players are going to be dickheads, that's normal, but if they put in a performance on the pitch, then you have to put up with that. He doesn't - he just ships them out. Let's also not forget how easy it is for a younger player to say something silly, that they later regret - because they are young - but the die has been cast at that point and they are gone. You need to give the younger players the benefit of doubt, I just don't see that. I guess we will never agree on this point, I think Jose is awful at integrating youth and promising a young player starts in the press and then not playing them - is just all kinds of awful. To me the guy is a self important knob - and I hope in the summer we dispense with his services. Let some other club deal with the bullshit.

This is a bit pointless now We all know, even the most ardent Mou defenders that we have fucked up with quite a few players over the past few seasons and that no matter what is said, Mou will never take a risk and integrate youth. We have a chequebook manager, it's that simple. If we had Bertrand, KdB, Mata and Lukaku we would have a much stronger team than now. Yes the prices we received for these players was great and helped us in the FFP fight, but the problem is we haven't invested the money wisely. We have wasted it. On top of that we have bought yet more 'potential' wonder kid signings and have failed to integrate them. The club is a shambles right now - we obviously had/have a philosophy of buying young talent and picking out the gems and selling the rest, but for whatever reason the Manager is not on the same page. I still think this is Mou's last season in Chelsea and I'm pretty hopeful that our next Manager will be given time to start integrating some of our young stars. Everybody wants to pay €100 million for Pogba - the irony is not lost on me - here's a guy who wasn't given a chance at United and has now developed into a top player (debatable for me at that price). We have some excellent youngsters, who if given the chance could easily match Pogba. But sadly they have stalled and regressed during the pathetic loan arrangements and lack of first team options.

Dude regardless of what other 'facts' may or may not exist - MOURINHO clearly threw a tantrum at both medical staff and both got suspended. He then publicly humiliated them in a post match interview. That is indefensible. If he had a problem it should have been aired behind closed doors. But Mourinhos childish ego got the better of him and he now has to take any critiscism about this on the chin like an adult. He truly is a pathetic person - I cannot wait to see the back of him in the summer....

Amen to that Not even the Mourinho fanatics can defend his youth integration policy - he just doesn't give people consistent chances to bed in and impress, yet plays shit players constantly. It's just mind boggling. To me that's his biggest flaw as a manager and why he eventually loses the motivation of players, a close second is his stupid comments and lack of accountability when things go wrong, but when things go right, he is the special one again. I'm glad the club have backed him until the summer - that shuts up the media and fans saying 'give him a chance' But in the summer if we don't replace him, I will be very sad and fearful of our future...

I'm not sure what's up with him - it's probably too early to judge He looked like scoring every game for the first half of last season, a bit like Harry Kane - both have suffered this season. We know his hamstring is made of jelly He's definitely better when he plays off the shoulder of the defender, but we haven't seen that for a while... I would prefer him to go get his operation and bring in a new striker to pair up with Remy. Falcao is not that man.

Agreed - re-watched the highlights and there were plenty of chances - I wanted 3-0 and we could and should have had that... Just still not sure how we will fare against better teams. But yes, definitely signs of improvement - would be nice if we could go on Arsenal esque run and put together 19 wins in a row Wow nearly got a nosebleed looking at the table, up to 15th :)
