the commentator on radio5 is embarrissing. respectless blatant anti-Chelsea, at least they should try to be a bit more objective.

Should we have given Steve Clark the job when Jose left?

After the next shakeup at Liverpool Clarke should go and become a manager of his own. If they can´t win anything and build on something he is overdue to get his carreer going. If it is his idea. -

yes. It seems that a wealthy club, funded by someone like Roman, and a reasonable chairman (like Peter Hill-Wood) won´t go together. Let´s get not into all that Anti-Wengerism. You get my point, i think. -

exactly. when Chelsea signed Scolari i knew that Clarke would put up with that after the Grant fiasco. Just thinking about the way the club is dealing with these things. So annoying. It can´t be right that given our Manager-Hotseat-Situation and the sucsess we´ve had with that behavior is not relating to each other at all. It´s a bit like Real Madrid. -
Maybe McEachran or Patch to Bolton. Seems like a good place for acadamy players which need playing time.

Yep Clarke in Liverpool track suits is not a nice sight. -

yeah i mean Chelsea Football club. Always a bit of a problem using "Us/We" in the context of speaking about the football club one follows. You do have a point about Clarke there, FulhamBroadway. Maybe it was just whishful thinking that Clarke might stay on with us. Look at the impact he had when he first came to Scouse-land. All of a sudden their defense was a massive road-block and not just a boggle on the way to batter Reina. -
Little things that annoy you about Football matches

long range efforts by poor shoters when your team is trailing by one goal and they need to score in the last ten minutes. ref blowing the whistle in stoppage time during the last counterattack of the game(of course only when it´s your team that is away on the break) craig bellamy. -

To be honest, it was Clarke who took us to the CL final and took us close to beat ManUnited for the title that year. It is all Cpt. Hindsight talking, but we might as well have given him the job officially. -
He is our new Belletti i think. His work rate is fantastic. I defniatly prefer Oriol-Meireles in midfield than any combination containg Mikel.

Monday afternoon games - classic Permier League Football time. I just love this new "SkySports Kickball Game".

Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

Man United wouldn´t be at the level they are now if they axed Furgeson after one unsecsessful season. They kept the faith in his potential and how it paid off. We are not as succesfull as Man United but thats where we want to be on the long run. I as a Chelsea supporter want success like anybody else but i am not fooled by the ones who are saying that if we rush it, it will come. Impatience is asking for the impossible. I´d rather go through this season not celebrating any silverware than finding us manager-less in the summer with a bunch of cokey egos in the dressing room and some Chelsea fans who are behaving like they are managers and know the complexity of the game in and out and going on after every bad game "axe the gaffer, it is his fault, and only his fault". I am sick of this, i honestly am. Impatience and behaving like we are the biggest club in the world that will go to the dogs if we lose a game. It is not rocket science that things like a "long project" take time to develop. Calling AVB helpless and idiotic because of players that don´t do what they did before in playing good individualy and as a team is just something that is beyond me. After Moscow Chelsea should´ve started the transistion progress. Instead the board went for the biggest name around and clutched onto players that were on the peak, obviously, but not as imperior as before. Instead of investing in youth we went for the quick success. I don´t think that for the past three years the board has done anything better than appointing AVB. Starting from scratch, if you want. In fact i am so dissapointed after a result like yesterday but going on here and reading that people still act like there is one scapegoat and one individual to blame for a game as complex as football is just more disappointing. I often thought about not going on here and read what some people have to say (the vast majority luckily is reasonable) which goes like "axe him buy him than bing". Rant over. Thank you. Happy New Year. keep the motherfreaking faith and that lovely blue flag flying high, of course. but think once or twice before trolling around. -
wtf the fuck just happens here ?
-
hopefully he´ll get a lot of playing time along side Luiz, because that´s the partnership for the coming years. hopefully.
-
Still a bit gutted about the way the board treated him. But i think it is a good oppertunity for him. I whish him all the best. And yes, glad that he hasn´t signed for a Premier League side. Would´ve been a nightmare to play against them. Malouda under Carlo ? Worked quite well for the first season.
-
why would Madrid want to sell one of their best strikers ?
-
i have a gut feeling for a cracking goal by david luiz tomorrow.
-
Moment of 2011 David Luiz v. the Manchester Clubs, although closley followed by Ramires´ goal vs. City and Lamps´ pen against City. Man of 2011 Sturridge Villain of 2011 Anelkalouda Hope for 2012. Torres finding some form, CL spot and more positives like the development of Romeu

tough game. i am happy with the point. could´ve been much worse. apart from some of the lads finishing i am very impressed how they are keepning their heads when under pressure. going to White Heart Line and not losing is quite something. but not just that, we totally bossed the game for big chunks of the game, especially in the second half. i don´t know why some people are soooo negative about Chelsea lately. Football is more about than Chelsea. It is too complex i think.
-
maybe Rodwell makes a good paceful centre back in Andrés eyes who can play the high line. i don´t really know what this Rodwell deal is all about but then again i had doubts about Mereiles too.
-
my brother started watching premier league football and became a Spurs fan. I´ll go back to my family for christmas early to watch the game with him. really exicted to watch this with him. on another note: we can get a result there if Mata has a good game and Terry & Luiz are completly in-sync with their game.
-
Taking Mata off made sense, he didn´t have a good game. Mikel in to add stability in midfield for Lampard and Mereiles going forward i think wasn´t a bad idea. But the two just haven´t produced today. Lampard was shockingly uninspiring. Sturridge off made sense as well: giving him some rest and picked up knock. Torres on would´ve been a better option i think, simply because Malouda is deadly ineffective and should be forced to hand in a transfer request. What a waste of space. (first time i slag him off ) Bringing on another attacker made sense - I see what AVB obviously thought. maybe kalou will score one of his trademark accidental goals, shot in the foot by the oppostion centre half or heading in a three times deflected ball. anyway, the lads played poorly and without any urgence in their game. wigan defended quite well with their 5-5-0. A creative/attacking midfielder is a must for the next months.
-
napoli away will be tough. If we are able to contain their pace and close them down in midfield i think we will do okay.
-
clattenberg is a strange referee. first half: not desicive at all, doesn´t see the cynical fouls by city. and now he´s just blasting out yellow cards for every yellow card. pathetic.

what´s about gravestones ? is G-Nev in abstract early 19th century literature pictures again ?
