I'd love him here but can't see where he is going to fit in also I'd worry about his injury concerns. He seems to get a lot for such a young lad. Don't want to see him at Arsenal though.
Manchester United have made a £22.5m bid for Southampton’s teenage left-back Luke Shaw topping Chelsea's offer of £21m (According to the Mirror) My thoughts: Piss off United.
I wouldn't actually mind him here. Sure he isn't a saint but he's a hardworker, which is what Jose demands from players. Didier was an attacker that used to get back and defend, Mandzukic does that too.
His official twitter account just re-tweeted this. "If Essien goes to Milan I will weep tears of sadness for Chelsea and joy for him Worldclass servant of the club I love you @MichaelEssien !" Make of that what you will.
Its not the selling Mata thats getting to me its the selling him to the scum at United. But I agree Salah is definitely more a Mou player than Mata. Interesting stat to help prove this: Only two outfield players (Srna/Fernando) have recovered possession more times in the CL than Salah
I knew he was going to leave sooner or later but I had hoped it wouldn't be like this, I still hope it won't be to United or a direct rival. It would have hurt but seeing him at PSG or A.Madrid would have been much easier than seeing him in that scummy red shirt
I know this won't happen but it still scares me so much. I know Juan will leave sooner or later but I couldn't stand to see him in a direct rivals shirt
Azpi would be a backup option if no one is bought in however I just feel we would be extremly thin in that position if that were the case for the rest of the season.
That makes a lot of sense but still I'd rather the Shaw deal over and done with so I know we've got him. I don't like the idea of him playing somewhere else.
I personally rate Bertie quite highly but I just Jose's judgement on all things so there must be something we cannot see. However I'd still absolutely love to see Shaw here and if it involves Bertie going the other way then so be it.
As per the KDB situation I presume Jose isn't happy with his attitude or work ethic in training. Jose said KDB was lazy in training and didn't work hard enough, a key reason for not playing him so it could be the same with Bertie.
