  1. That's just not true. There's plenty of times where Hazard rides challenges and carries on. Hazard doesn't need to do anything it's the referees that need to do their job and realize that they have to start pulling out the yellow card sooner. You say look at Messi and CR but those two get plenty of protection from the refs.
  2. It's not Fabregas his fault that he's less effective against the big teams. It's the way we play against the big teams that's the problem. He needs the ball to work his magic and in the big games we usually don't see much of the ball. He also needs runners, players in front of the ball, to pick out. Hazard and Willian are always defending deep in the big games so it takes them some time to get into a forward position again and by that time the opponent is right on top of Fabregas and he can't pass the ball anymore.
  3. Think you're the clueless one here.
  4. What exactly do people expect ? With the way we played you're already limiting the amount of times he can get on the ball in the oppositions final third and when he finally did get on the ball and tried to make something happen he got fouled (9 times).
  5. “He is a fantastic player, the kid was always a good kid, easy to have him in the group, easy to like him, easy to feel loved by everyone, so the kid was never a problem,” said Mourinho. “He was always a fantastic kid, his evolution has been very, very good, speculation when a talent like him doesn’t sign a contract - it’s normal to have speculation around him. But I think at this moment it’s end of story because nobody signs a five-year contract without being absolutely convinced of his happiness and his future, so good for him and, obviously, very good for the club.” Mourinho  Hazard, better love story then twilight. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/11416876/Jose-Mourinho-PSG-wanted-me-as-manager-but-the-timing-wasnt-right.html

  7. They don't have to defend though. Messi just walks around the pitch until his team have the ball again and Ronaldo the same.
  8. The odd thing is his mistakes aren"t because of him overlapping all the time. Most of his mistakes happen when he's back defending. The most worrying thing about Ivanovic is that he gets caught ball watching a lot. Too many times he just switches off and doesn't seem to have any idea of what's going on behind him. Take the Okore goal for example. Great that Ivanovic scored the winning goal and he deserves credit for that wonderfull strike but he also deserves to be criticized for the goal. Okore was his man and he just completely forgot about him. Failed to mark him in his own 18 y box. That's just unacceptable for a FB. Imo the criticism (stick) is justified as while his attacking performances have been great, his defensive performances leave a lot to be desired.

  10. Completely different situation. We're talking about Chelsea here not the national team. and Hazard is miles ahead of Oscar in terms of ability and consistency, not to mention that he doesn't disappear against the big teams.
  11. He hasn't been in form for half of his Chelsea career... Also enough with the "fatigue" excuse. It has been used too much to camouflage Oscar's poor performances in the past. First season he was "fatigued" because of the olympics. Second season he was fatigued due to the confed cup and then went awol after three months due to the World Cup being on his mind. Now this season he's again fatigued ? Even though Ivanovic, Terry, Hazard, Fabregas, Matic and Cahill have all played more minutes then Oscar. The excuses have to stop. 6 goals and 7 assists is a really good return but those numbers aren't good enough to ignore his actual performances on the pitch and his performances on the pitch aren't good enough for a team like Chelsea. He's still as inconsistent now as he was in his first season here. That's just unacceptable.
  12. Okay then... Think you're forgetting about Koke and Isco. Pogba might not be a cam but is Oscar really a cam ? He plays more like a B2B player then a cam. So imo Pogba would slot in just fine. Also plenty of players out there that might worsen our pressing game a little but improve our attacking game. I mean what's the point of winning the ball back if you can't play a simple fucking pass ? I'd rather then have a player there that's not gonna win the ball back as many times but actually creates something when he does have the ball. Have you seen our players ? This is one of the best teams we've had in decades. Did you actually see us play. We played like sh*t for the entire tournament. We barely beat Algeria, Russia and South-Korea. No disrespect to those teams but they are poor teams. Needed extra time to beat USA (again sorry but not a good team) and went out against Argentina.
  13. A tactically incompetent manager is Belgium's problem. "Modric and that is it" You can't seriously think that. Please tell me you're joking.
  14. What ? Played plenty of games where he was sulking and didn't seem to care at all.
  15. I don 't think we would have missed Costa that much if Remy had played. Drogba shouldn't be starting games for us anymore. Cesc i agree we really missed him. We just simply don't have any player that can do what Fabregas does for us. We just don't have that player in our squad, a player that can find players in space and move the ball quickly and the problem only gets worse when you add Oscar into the mix.
  16. "The Serbian international was then virtually flawless in the 1-1 draw against City" VIRTUALLY FLAWLESS ! ??? Seriously, WTF.

  18. My point was that he wouldn't put up the same stats for us as he does now for Wolfsburg. There's a difference between performing at a club like Wolfsburg, in the BL, compared to performing at a club like Chelsea, in the PL. PL>BL. Chelsea>Wolfsburg. Honestly i agree that Mourinho should have played him more. I think we could have definitely used him but seriously some people are acting like we just lost out on Messi or something. It so annoying everytime an ex player does well we have people bitching about it. It was a WC year and he wasn't getting much gametime so he wanted to leave and we sold him. The end. Get over it. I don't feel any animosity towards De Bruyne for wanting to leave just as i don't have any real regret for us selling him.
  19. He wouldn't be as good here as he is at Wolfsburg to be honest. He struggles when he's not the main man imo. In order to get the best out of him he needs to be at the centre of it all and he simply isn't good enough to be given the main role at a club like Chelsea.
  20. Disagree with that. After this game there are still 15 PL games or 45 points to win. Is it an important game ? Definitely. Championship decider ? No for me. It's not worth the risk for me. Fabregas is a very important player for us but in this game, due to the way we're going to play, Ramires can replace Fabregas.( in his own way ofcourse) Like i said before i'd rather miss Fabregas for 1 game then have him do his hamstring and miss multiple games.
