Last season majority of people on here and around would have said Ozil is not fit enough to lace Silva's boots now all of a sudden he is finally having a quality season and people on here and other forums are claiming Ozil is the best no.10 in the world. I mean it is not a ludicrous claim but last season people would have laughed at that. Matic has been below-par this season but if people can't see that he is just having a rare bad season then it really shows the fickle nature of football fans. Matic is a quality player who is having a poor season. Just like Hazard. Anyone who says Matic is average might as well say Hazard is too then if they are basing that on same logic. New manager next season combined with star additions and when we start dominating games again, we will see the best of Matic. I guarantee he will prove his critics wrong.

Absolutely fantastic. He was brilliant. The dribbling from 5:28 is just insane I assumed because it was his first game, he would have started on the bench and be brought on but the fact that the manager started him straight away and played the full game shows how much of an impact and impression he has made in training and the game itself. I think people are overreacting. I thought he started off sloppy but then generally improved and tbh the reason we improved was not because he came off. It was because Hazard came on.

You would have thought we were playing Arsenal or City. But against Watford, we made it so easy for them by bringing him on so late. They must of been grinning in delight. I like Hiddink and think he has provided stability and better football than Moruinho but he missed a huge trick tonight. Just really don't understand the tactics. Way too negative and considering the performance Hazard had against MK Dons and he was brought off in second half, you would have assumed he would definitely start this. So frustrating. Highly unlikely to happen though. It is as the commentators were saying though, this is a game where the way Watford set up we should be exploiting there flanks and we are not doing this by having two right footed players on the left. Another case there where Zouma needs to learn how to use the ball rather than booting it out all the time for a throw in. Cahill would have used his footwork to pass that to a teammate. You answered yourself. That was a lineup we should be using against Arsenal because they are title contenders. Watford, are good but we are better.than them.
