  1. He was not saying "stupid unneccessary" stuff. He is speaking his mind and there is no clause to say 'don't talk to the media' but we will agree to disagree and I would rather not keep going on about this and more celebrate on tonight's win OK
  2. Another solid game at LB. Every game he has played there, especially against the big teams he has been very solid. Such a reliable player and it is easy to see why despite not being a natural LB, keeps the position ahead of Cole. Much stronger, faster and more energy to burn.
  3. Mourinho record against top 4 teams... Played 23. Won 13. Drawn 8. Lost 2. Scored 30. Conceded 13. Simply a tactical genius. There is no one better than him at affecting the big matches
  4. He was asking for it. I think he logged out and is hoping by next time he signs in he has numerous likes
  5. Well not on the City issue but hypocritial on slating Lukaku for speaking his mind and the West Ham issue
  6. I know we have sold players etc but my point is even for the last 2 seasons have we not spent around the same as them if not more and tbh I am not sure if their income is accpeted by FFP but at the same times I have heard we are sticking to the FFP rules but can it be 100% to say we have complied to the rules much more than City have? That is my biggest concern because while I don't know the ins and outs of it but City reitirated that they are fully confident they will pass the FFP rules and they have got rid of all their debt as well.
  7. We went with a defensive minded attitude and his comments about West Ham were hypocritical. They parked the bus but obviously with a much inferior squad they would find it harder to have more shots at goal so his comments were not necessary. Against Arsenal we had chances to win the game but to say Mourinho did not look for the draw is untrue. We were defensive minded and that was obvious by the changes he made in the last 15 mins of the game. We have made many losses over the last 2 seasons and have spent almost the same as them if not more than City so it seems weird that he has made those comments. I am not criticizing Mourinho's style of play btw but his comments about West Ham was completely hypocritical and I will reiterate that we and City have not done much different regarding the financial regulations.
  8. He has been successful due to being a hypocrite? LOL I don't think so.
  9. I know he likes to entertain but maybe Mourinho should just keep his mouth shut sometimes. He and fellow fans criticized Lukaku for speaking too much to the media but Mourinho is doing the exact same thing and is sounding bitter and hypocritical imo. For instance regarding West Ham's defensive style and cannot see why he is pointing out City's spending. We are the ones who started the lavish spending and Man City just followed after. Sounds really hypocritical and some of his statements just sound stupid. Just get on with the job please Jose and stop entertaining the media.
  10. Highly doubt it. Not for next season anyway. I don't think Piazon is near the quality of our AMs. If anything Moses would be a back up and Piazon will go out on loan. No point in wasting young talent at the club by letting them play reserve games and odd sub games. He will probably have another loan at Vitesse if they get UCL footy. If not maybe a loan to another team in England or in a a team in a more competitive league.
  11. Piazon is not ready for the first team yet. He is doing well on loan but he is playing in a much inferior league and Lukaku is ahead of him right now in overall ability. Lukaku has more chance of making it next season than Piazon as he is playing regularly in the PL and has the physical tools needed for us imo.
  12. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9138312/ Fully agree with this article and the one ja1 posted above. It is a shame that he has not managed to be a success in any of his loans. He was the best player I have seen for a while in your Youth cup team and completely ripped apart that tournament. I actually thought at the time that he could be definitely one player who would ake it big here. Never seen a player as talented as him while playing for our youth team. Doubt it will be at us but hope he can kickstart his career at another club because he still has a lot of time to make a mark. I still remember when he made his debut for us against Wolves and pulled of some nice skills in the match. That was at the age of 18 and for players to make their mark on the academy and then play for the first team at the age of 18 you would only expect things to go better. Sad that it has not turned out that way tbh
  13. There is no evidence to say a PL team actually wanted him though.
  14. Set to join Wigan on loan for the rest of the season.
  15. It is quite high but I can understand why they are willing to pay that much. They need someone to inspire them now and he is got loads of years ahead of him and will bring quality. Similar with Arsenal buying Ozil. £42m is very high and while he has not been brilliant he has helped the team in their quest for a title challenge and they remain first. United need a player like Mata who can inspire them to get into top 4 and in the long run I don't think the fee will matter because he will bring too much quality to them.
  16. While I agree he was poor tonight, what does performances like the one against United, Liverpool, Newcastle suggest then. Remy had been off par before the West Ham game. That does not mean those 2 games or so should mean Newcastle should decide not to buy him permanently does it. He is bound to have off games like all strikers have. But to his performance tonight, did not look bothered. Even though he won the assist for the goal, when Mirallas scored he just walked of and showed no emotion which is unlike him. Hopefully he has got something in store awaiting Liverpool.
  17. I admit I liked the avatar a lot. Saw someone make a post which must have been you and thought lemme take that
  18. Well, signed a new contract and certainly showing he is deserving of that tonight. Scored a brace in the U21 game against Wolves and we won 2-1. Had been on a goalscoring drought so nice way to hit of again on the day he signed his new contract
  19. I would agree with this if it is an option. He not even in the first team frame at Anfield and even when they were chasing the winner against Villa despite having 2 subs available, BR chose not to bring him on which surprises me. He obviously has not done enough to impress and he is not gaining any minutes there and is in the same situation he would of found himself here at Liverpool. Needs to go a team where he is going to play.
  20. Thought he had an excellent game. Every game he has played at LB he has not looked out of place at all and imo we look more assured defensively. Did not give Valencia a sniff today and once again Jose's decision to play him at LB has worked excellently in the end.Really like how well he is able to fit in at LB or RB.
  21. Would like to see Mata come on. Feels like ages since I seen him put on a blues shirt. Add insult to injury.
  22. Always rated him. Think he deserved more opportunities here but at least he will be getting 90 mins at Villa and hopefully can prove a point to Mourinho. Starts for Villa in the evening game against Liverpool. Quite a tough task he has ahead of him tough. Good luck Ryan!
  23. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11096/9116886/matic-lowdown Never realised until now that he completed that many passes and also made the most tackles in our match against them last season. Impressive
  24. Alright, that is fine then. But as I mentioned there are many posts you make which I have felt made no sense and therefore I have quoted before of you and stated you need evidence to back it up etc and you have had no response. For example the ones you made in the Lukaku thread. But sorry if you have felt I offended you mate. I find you funny etc but some of your posts I find weird and confusing sometimes, that is all and like I have said I have asked u a number of times to explain your posts and you never end up doing it. I don't think his playing time will be reduced "significantly" but do I reckon he will be rested from time to time tbh. I think the favoured partnership will be Matic and Ramires but I still can see Lampard playing a lot of games and despite many of us not approving of it I can see Ramires still playing on the RW sometimes with Matic and Lamps in the middle. Rotation and mix up will be an important theme I reckon with Mourinho.
