Alonso is so bad this season..

I don´t know if he decides how to take corner kicks, but he should tell the players to stop with these ridiculous, ineffective short corners. This bothers me since the start of the season and again tonight, even though Willian scored in the end. I can´t figure out why the likes of Fabregas, Willian and Hazard keep playing around the corner flag instead of crossing the ball in the box. I mean we have guys like Cahill in the team, who scored like 5 headers last season..

Caballero is our best player so far..

I think he has a good game so far. Not much tested, but he is good in the build-up tonight.

Seems like people on redcafe realise that they didn´t sign prime Zidane after all.

Lets not forget he won the league with Moses and Alonso as starters and a thin squad compared to the ones Guardiola and Mourinho have got.

I still don't get why he doesn't play our two best defenders every game. Luiz and Cahill are woeful this season and should be benched for the next few games. Rudiger and Christensen didn't make any noteworthy mistakes so far, but somehow they find themselves on the bench more often than not. Not to mention that they aren't conceding unnecessary red cards. Conte has to sort our CB problems out as fast as possible.

Seems like him and Moses are brought down to their real level this season. I like both, but boy Conte did a miracle last season to win the league with average wingbacks.

I know he will largely avoid criticism from here, but his performance was utterly dreadful. And please don´t blame Willian, Pedro, Conte or someone else for his performance. He is the player who is supposed to step up for others, but today he was nowhere to be seen from the start.

Never been good enough for a club like Chelsea.

Imagine being outplayed by van Aanholt and Andros Townsend.

Hazard is nowhere to be seen.

Will be an interesting game. Hazard really has to step up today, because Willian has been subpar for some time now. It's time to shine now for Batshuayi.

Liverpool been the better side so far.

It is so refreshing to see a striker with proper link-up play and hold-up qualities playing for our team. I loved Diego, but his lack of technique and skill was also very frustrating, he destroyed countless attacks which could have been goals with his stupid running into opponents. When you have people like Hazard, Fabregas, Pedro and Willian you simply have to get a technical sound striker, who in the end we really got in Alvaro. It´s still early days, but you can see that Morata fits our system very well and our AMs profit to play with him so far, our attacks look much more fluid than in the last few years. I didn´t expect him to hit the ground running in this short period of time and score so many goals for us (and not only stat padding against weak sides), so I just hope he continues like this.

Easily his best performance on the biggest stage so far, keep it up Eden!

Voted for Hazard as MOTM, but Kante would have deserved it as well.

I´m not one of the anti-Cahill brigade, but when you look at previous performances there is no way that Gary should start over Rudiger. Or Christensen for that matter.

Eden is selfless and that's why we love him..

But still they are vulnerable defensively, especially Liverpool. Morata, Pedro and Hazard will have a field day against their centerbacks.

Opposition attackers don´t even try to get past him anymore.

Torres would have been bullied by Morgan all day long, but Morata didn´t lose his cool after some lost duels against Morgan and scored another brilliant header.
