I havent seen this player much in this season, but I read about him from Lpool fans. They said he was so much better last year, this year he is disaster and that only against Chelsea, he was actualy good (classic). Besides, Lpool would never sell and if he realy isnt that good, I would take Nacho, Felipe Luis or Howedes (since he can play RB, LB and CB) anyday ahead of Enrique.

What a fucking idiot this player has become. Im starting to think that he is not trying hard at all, he just thinks hes still the best and only thing he will have to do is to push the ball from 1m in goal. When he has the ball; his decision making is completely fucked up He never shots When hes of the ball; he doesnt run his positioning is wrong --- no wonder he never scores. Our team looks so tired...We didnt play more than ManC or ManU or Barca, Bayern,...we have enough backup players...yet we look like we already played 50 matches. Because of tired players, they cant concentrate and play only on 50%. That is main reason why we were so more effective in august/september than in october/november. Striker and CM should come definately in january or RDM will go, because he wont handle PL and CL with this team only... And yes POSSESSION is very important because if you have 60% of possession, you are much less tired than if you have to chase the ball all the time.

I guess it was so heavy damaged that couldnt be repaired ever. The whole trick is from Rafa days back when he was in Lpool. Benitez played him Every single game, week in week out. That caused some injuries and eventualy the body burned out. His mentality was heavy 'damaged' that season when we bought him. Despite 10 goals scored, everyone seen he wasnt same as before. Once he moved to Chelsea in wish for more trophies, that was it. The pressure, the fact that he started very bad, including that sitter for second goal vs United...and also the bashing from his lpool fans and possibly even some players. After that he totaly burned, his body, mind. Thats why he still has the skill, but he cant use it. His decision making and not taking shots are two major problems. Despite he lost pace, he could easily replace that with experience and precise shooting. But he didnt, I guess he is just tired of all the football and cant find proper motivation at Chelsea, specialy now that he won CL too.

What might be worrying is that from last three league games, we got only 2 points of 9. The main source of problems is striker. Realy need to fix that in january and I hope Rdm knows that!

In january, please buy Benatia and Falcao/Cavani. Maybe loan some CM since Mikels gone in january.

He should leave, better for the both sides realy. Return to atletico and maybe he will come back somehow, right now he is past it and should go to proper club.

I think players like Mata would be too tired to work in defense also...but sure this is team work and we need to gel first, then we will defend and attack much better.

Sometimes we concede goals because either Rambo or Mikel loses the ball. With more technicaly gifted player, this would happen less times and we would concede less. Something like attack is best defence. But I think the main reason that we concede so many goals is because team is not yet organised and players dont realy understand each other. In one season or two, that will be fixed.

Couldnt agree more, but maybe we will need some backup eventualy and this guy wouldnt be bad to have. The problem with Rambo is that he cant dictate the midfield. And as we now have two very 'strong' defensive midfielders, we still concede lot of goals. That means, they dont realy do the job. Right now Im happy and have no problems with this pair, but eventualy I want more technicaly gifted midfield. Either Herrera, Bender, Benat, Banega, Strootman, Clasie, Fernandinho,...or even KDB if he can play there. I hope you understand my point.

Im just telling that he could be very good here in PL. Sooner or later, City or United will pick him and then here will be crying why we didnt bought him... But sure you would prefer who?

Personaly, I would love to see Ander Herrera next to Mikel. Herrera outplayed United with ease last season in Europa league. Such a quality player, strong, calm on the ball. Like Xabi. I think he would fit fantastic in this squad, very young. I believe he needs to move to higher level from Bilbao. Would be great if we were interested in him, but no links at all.

Guys, we play just fine. We are in transition, but some of you expect perfect play from all players every game...Like they are some serious PL title contenders. So far, the results were great. We have young team with low experience, thats why we lose points vs big teams. They are bit tired and the only thing we realy NEED is striker. Hopefuly we get one in January. Remember Bayern from 4/5 years ago? They were realy bad. Then they decided for more dynamic team, bought few players and that was it. Their defence of Boateng-Badstuber was realy joke (even bigger than ours). But they played together few years, brought in some depth to the squad and now they are destroying everything. With that very same CB pair of Boateng and Badstuber, they havent sold them or anything. The team started to play together, players understand each other (for CB pair, that is the most vital part; to know how to organise, comunicate,..) The point is that this team is together for first year. What we see is already better than we (at least me. expected. Oscar and Hazard fit perfectly, they didnt dissapear and we are still second in league. The experience will come. But some of you guys are so impatient, spoiled. Wait two seasons and our team will do miracles. Sure there are striker (probably 2), a CB, a LB (if Cole leaves), a 'xabi alonso esque' player needed, but they will all come eventualy. Right now, we need only one good striker. We play great, if we had taken those chances every game, we would be almost world class. I just dont get it how can half of this forum members blame 90% of the players that they play shit, that they cant pass, defend, tackle,..every team makes mistakes, but thet convert their chances in goals and win. United is shit, but thanks to strikers, they are winning. Simple.

I dont get why so much hate for this fella. He seems to play better and better. The problem I guess is in Ramires who is technicaly very weak. Would love to see someone like Xabi Alonso next to Mikel. That would be just brilliant. Xabi is such a complete midfielder realy... Anyway if we would be scoring goals when we create chances, we would probably have 99% of wins so far. Then people would never hate Mikel.

Yeah, he seems like good buy and wouldnt come too expensive. He is fantastic at reading the game, realy fantastic. Maybe not that fast, but he doesnt need to. Terry-esque, but still young. Probably best choice if we go after CB. I also just found that he is very wanted defender. Barca, Arsenal, Juve, Chelsea are all looking for his services.

I think two are indeed needed. Sure not in january, but for next season and so... In january, get someone huge, someone who can lead the line and hopefuly makes us title contenders. Falcao or Cavani. In summer, we should go after someone realy talented and experienced, like Jovetic.

Well if Danny stays, then no. But do you think he will play more if we get Falcao? Trick is that he needs play time, but he wont get him. And in this situation, he clearly isnt good enough. Chico is player that sits on bench all time and then scores goals. Danny is not such player. He will evolve only with regular playtime. And lets say we have Falcao and Danny. Falcao needs rest or worse, he falls out of form and who will play instead? Danny? We all have seen that he just cant score simple. And that is our weakness. Manchester clubs have Rvp and Aguero as their main strikers. If they dont show enough in game, or more pressure is needed, Dzeko, Tevez, Chico, Welbeck are send in game. Then they win. If we will play with Falcao and that wont be enough, Danny will change anything if we send him in game? Every big club (except Barca) has at least two super strikers. We all know for ManC and ManU, but Bayern has Gomez and Mandzukic (and even Pizzaro), Real has Higuain and Benzema,... IF Danny stays doesnt improve in next months, we will need two strikers. Falcao type and Jovetic type are necessary. Trust me. Having two top strikers will give more options, we could play both or they will be switching. Sure because of reputation and price tag, they will both play.
