And thats why they wont win CL with Pep for next 15 years.

Baloney. Even Zidane himself probably doesnt know where exactly will he play. It will all come after pre season. Im not realy scared we are about to lose best player, but what we will invest the money into. Pepe, Sane, Ndombele, Aouar, Chilwell, Semedo, Skriniar,...all should be on the lookout by the club, but with ban here, they will all move before we return on market and even then this board will sign bunch of crap with Eden money.

88m£ is jackshit in today market, regardless if Hazard is 28 and one year left on contract. What the hell can we buy with that cash if we could? We can buy one player that is nowhere near Hazard quality or buy couple decent squad fillers. Market for english clubs is extremely inflated and we cant even manage to get 100m pounds for one of the best players in the world. Chelsea should tell Real to pay 120m£, take it or leave it. When we will be able to buy again, market will inflate by another 10m. Wait when we will try to buy a fullback, cb, midfielder and they all will cost 70m or more, never mind the attackers.

If we werent competitve back then, its quite possible Lamps and Drogba wouldnt stay. But we played CL semis on regular basis. Likewise, if Chelsea competed for CL nowdays, Hazard might have stayed. Its almost impossible to keep world class players if you are not competing for CL and domestic titles. Real just signed Jovic and soon they will sign couple more. They were shit last season, desperately needed to rebuild. Still they will manage to build a team "for" Hazard in his first summer there, something Chelsea couldnt do in 7 years. Its pretty clear why he is leaving, regardless of his dream to play for RM.
-
Mendy from lyon is also as good as done, announcement soon. I think they will also try to sign Ndombele or Eriksen. These fuckers buying everything left and right and yet their fans dare to say PL teams buy titles.

The main problem with Lampard is Chelsea boars and fans. Even if he has potential to make us a very formidable side, he will never have the time to do it, because we all demand instant success. Sure some will say thats not true, but as soon we have couple bad games, people start bitching here and call for every player from established ones to Odoi to be dropped. We all want chelsea youth to play as much as possible, but only if they deliver results. The moment they lose a couple, it wont matter if Lamps throws entire youth team on the pitch, people will call for his head. We dont have the spine to support a manager with long term project. Thats the problem with the board and the fans. Not all fans though, but most. Thats why it would be almost suicidal to bring Lamps. Because unless he delivers very good first season, he is done. If there is no trophy and we finish 6th which is likely, he is gone.

Unless Hazard picks a serious injury, he will be good for about 3 years at the least. He is fast, but he doesnt rely on pace alone. And he is very allround, I can see him as a playmaker or something. He provides that reliable touch which is welcome in any club, regardless of age of the player. Messi, Iniesta, Silva have all played well into their 30s and still kept world class level despite declining in pace (Messi is still very quick tho, but not as explosive as he was).

Thanks for everything and good luck Gaz

I believe we will do better for the future. Young players will get established and we will actualy have a new core for next era. If we bring Lamps or Allegri, they will be stop gap. We are just doing side steps. Make the most of the current team ala Conte and play whatever style suits them. The results would probably be better next season, but then we start all over again because thats not long term solution. Sarri has James, Rudiger, Luiz (Christensen), Emerson, Kante, Jorginho, RLC, Pulisic, Odoi. The striker is a real issue indeed. Others can improve and suit Sarri style or whoever that plays attacking football takes over eventualy. If the club sees Lamps as long term solution and start a fucking project already, then good. But we all know they would bring him for short fix which is just papering over cracks.
-
He spent 3 years there and didnt achieve the goal, thats why they wanted a new manager. Any bayern fan at the time wanted him gone because he didnt showcase "bayern philosophy" or whatever they called their german efficiency. It has no comparisson to Sarri who will leave after one year. I was bit dissapointed with the performances (not the results) from Sarri, but anyone who expected better results from first season is dumb. He will either prove his worth in 2nd or 3rd season or he will flop. No way to judge him after one season where he had to completely change our style.
-
Even the managers want to leave us now? This has to be a new low for Chelsea then.
-
I was the one to criticise him too quite heavily, but critique is to see improvement, not to see him leave. He was flawed, but IMO its a mistake to let him go now. He knows the team better than any other manager. We wont be able to bring many players if any and we lost our best player. I just hope we dont revert to playing hoof park the bus football. Not because I didnt like that style, but because its not working anymore. Who is going to take over? Lamps with almost none experience? Allegri? He is boring and predictable. The likes of Poch are never coming here so why sack Sarri? Id give him one more year to see improvement or let him go then. The board made so many mistakes, its hard to trust them to make a right decision here.

Rob retired. Im sad. Funny he actualy played zero games for us and has bigger legacy than Tibo. Enjoy the retirement.

Chilwell is actualy realy pacey. -
Same happend with Eva Carneiro. Instead of just paying and be done with it, we drag it for a year and still end up paying them.
-
Yeah some chelsea fans are bad too, but its a minority.
-
Most only wanted Ivanovic out of first 11, not calling him names. Alonso is not even anywhere close to those two though. I called Higuain fat fuck too, but if he actualy had a legacy here like Hazard, Ivanovic have or Ramos has at Real, Id never say such thing. Every club fans talk bad about their players, but when it comes to their legends, its all about respect. Not with Real fans though.
-
Just saw bunch of comments from Real fans after Ramos was rumoured to leave and then the dissapointment after he said he wants to retire there. They literaly compare him to trash and want his past it ass away from club. Such arrogance and so little respect for their players. I hate Ramos and Im not even remotely Real fan, but I can acknowledge his massive contributions to that team and the respect he deserves (a massive cunt too for sure, but not from a point if you are Real fan). We all know how they treated Raul or Casillas too. I hope Eden knows that at one point he will be booed and pushed through the back door regardless of what he does there. Thats the state of their fans nowdays. That said, I wish him all the best in his new adventure.
-
Exactly and he was dropped soon. Now we wont have any other chance but to give them more playtime.
-
Haha this fucking guy. Hopefuly he extends for another year
-
Was it all just bs about injury? Or did he actualy survive 90min just couple of days after the knee injury? Hopefuly he will be ok and ready for preaseason. Btw where was he in the celebrations? I didnt catch him anywhere after they lifted the trophy.
-
I shat on him at half time and he deserved it. He was ridiculously passive. But once we scored 2, he improved alot. Played more relaxed and managed to pull of some quality moves. If only he played like that on consistent basis, but unfortunely isnt anyhwere near reliable enough. Its 80% chance he will have first half type of game.

Interviews with RMC Sport and TNT; "In the next few days, my departure will be official. I think it was my last game, it's between clubs right now, I cannot talk about it yet," "I hope to face Lille and Chelsea in Champions League next season." "During the past seven seasons I was always happy. There are ups and downs, but the pleasure of playing football is still there. " "And when we win trophies it's always good for everyone." "I love Chelsea, Chelsea is part of my life, part of my family, and I will always support them."
