He is good, but italian league is shit as hell. When you look how players defend against his speed, he would never get such chance in PL. Either he wouldnt have space or someone would tackle him.

It works in league because opponents are relatively shit. It doesnt work in CL. It didnt work last year and it didnt work this year. While we got far last year, I think we could put better performance against atletico. This year, we lost in 1/8, something we rarely did in past. And we might play similar style to that one from 2004-07, but the efficiency and tactics are alot worse than back then. My ONLY real question is; why buying players like Cesc, Willian, Cuadrado etc if we will never use them properly. If Mou wont change to more offensive, then he should target physical, efficient players, not lightweighters with flair. Logic fails me here.

This guy would be much more valuable than Cuadrado if we plan to have someone who will play bench all the time and will have to perfrom when given chance. Practicaly useless in Europe IMO, but he could help rest our attackers well enough. But I doubt this will happen anyhow.

Think it will be Hazard for POTY and Kane for YPOTY. Costa has dirty picture, Aguero was injured alot, Sanchez lost form, Cesc lost form, Matic isnt ''attractive'' enough by public standards. Hazard was driving us through whole season, its not reflected in stats, but in games you could see what he adds to our team. But could very well be Aguero or Sanchez because FA hates us and will hate us forever.

While I partly agree with both, and exactly thats why I dont know why its such shame to see KDB do well in wolfsburg. The kid would NEVER be as good here as he is there even with regular play time. Mourinho tactics, his role, pressure, difficult schedule, no way would KDB perform this great for us. So far he is big fish in small pond, lets see how he does in bigger team first.

I think certain clubs in germany are better than english, BUT its harder to cut it in premier league. Its extremely physical and has no winter break. It just burns certain players before CL elimination starts IMO: Sure some players have qualities to thrive anywhere, but Im not sold on fact that KDB would be such a hit in England as he is in Germany, even with regular play time. Dzeko, Di Santo, Pizzaro, Robben,etc have never performed as good in england as they did in germany. Quality of league is one thing, difficulty is another. For example, the refs in england are more difficult (because they dont give enough fauls) than in germany, but not neccessary more quality. Plus the fact that City for example are bottlers in CL doesnt mean they are worse than Bayer, Schalke etc. Put Wolfsburg (or whatever other team apart from Bayern) and they wont finish second or third in PL. Just wont. The physicality, judging, schedule would kill that team soon enough. But bundesleague on its own is more quality than english one, no doubt. England has big mental problems aswell tiredness and they dont adopt to styles played in CL. We and United were only ones who coped with that, but both have taken step back recent years, United even more .

On other hand he is 22 just yet. You cant expect him to handle games like Yaya,... That said his 80m price is ridiculous. He is young, has giant potential, but shouldnt be more than 60m.

True not as good as in first half and that is even more evident in lack of assists, but he still has big impact on team. He isnt visible that much, but thats exactly what we need, someone who works for team. I think its time to complete our raid on atletico players. Round 1: Tibo, Luis, Costa Round 2: Koke, Griezmann, Godin

Buying Kdb, schurrle, salah was very profitable for us. But we have to ask ourselves, are we buying players for resale or to actualy improve our team and them. IMO right now club and manager are like we buy them, if they perform fine, if not we sell them for more. While this is efficient to get money, we should put more trust, care and work to players we buy and the results will be better. Wenger managed to do great job on Cockqelin and Bellerin, sad we cant do shit even with someone like Filipe Luir or Cuadrado, and I think Mou will never be able to bring out the best of them.

Still recovering from injury i guess. Seriously for such midfield maestro, he has the worst hold up and ball control i have seen. Cant keep the ball at his feet to save his life. At arsenal he was at least waay more mobile, agressive, direct, faster. Now he lost all that too. A player to win you small games, to rack up statistics, but not a player to win you big games and cup competitions. 38 year old Totti gives more passion and motion to his team than Fabregas.

Matic was poor the last two games.He was exceptional against city in several games, he was good in europe, against liverpool etc. Cut the crap and stop bandwagoning Schneiderlin just because we played southampton last weekend and Schneiderlin had better game than Matic who was way below his standards. That said Scheiderlin is quality player, but not better than Matic. Just not. And if we are going for a more defensive CM to pair Matic and Cesc, I hope we go for someone in mould of Vidal then. Faster and mobile, b2b with allround quality. Matic, Schneiderlin and Cesc would be slowest and most immobile midfield of the top sides. Zero creativity. Ut would be good if they parked inside penalty area and defend for 90min though. But some of us want to see more from our team. Thats why we bough Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Costa, Cesc etc.

He is in team because he can score, but if we had full back who would contribute in attack and defense more and give another option in attack, we wouldnt even need defenders to score in first place.

We are first because of great autmn part of season where we actualy played good football, results came naturaly and because opponents are shit from city to united, liverpool and arsenal. Next season, if we play like we do in 2015 so far, with United, city, arsenal and liverpool stronger, we will struggle alot more. The park the bus tactic this season worked way from perfect. We lost lead on at least 10 occasions because of parking the bus. It worked in 2012, it worked last year, but not this year. We are winning title because of stronger team (Costa, Cesc). And since you said as long there will be results... Last year vs atletico we closed down in second game. We lost 3:1. This season we closed down against psg. We lost lead twice and got knocked out. The problem is that parking bus is not working, it doesnt give us results, yet Mou keeps playing it that way. And next year, if we draw 1:1 first leg, we will close down in second again, mark my words (and probably lose again too). Cesc isnt Lamps, Costa isnt Drogba, Cahill isnt Carvalho, Azpi isnt Ashley etc. Our old squad could handle defence extremely well and was abslolutely killer on counter attack. This one is far from that.

This guy is ahead of Marcelo in nt, yet Mou cant find proper time for him. I dont care where he plays, I think he is very valuable player because he can play midfield or maybe even wing (not much different from Willian anyway. The only problem is that Mou cant find how to play him. He is hardworking, doesnt complain and looks very much like Mou type of player. At beggining i was kinda dissapointed with him and thought why we spent 25m on him, but now Im dissapointed with Mou not playing him. Its just sad.

Honestly, having Wanyama or Cesc next to you is huge difference when comes to defending. Whole team has. Everyone is lost in this team right now. Cesc turning crap is one of major reasons. He is a passer of the game realy. Just jogging all the time, not chasing the ball etc. He has one oddly good tackle every game, but allround he is no where near people think he tracks, runs and chases opponent for ball. Slow as fuck too and needs 5 seconds to turn around. Zero mobility. Matic plays leading role in team when we defend, but our CBs, our fullbacks, Cesc turned into crap recently, while Costa, Willian and Oscar do nothing in attack to release pressure from midfield. Our coach is Mou. I think it has become clear Azpi will never play RB regulary, Luis wont be our starter. And good luck with that U-21 CB pairing. While both are good, you just cant play two so young defenders in season when we will be probably chase CL too. Just no. Secondly I would rather buy someone faster and more mobile than Scheniderlin, because our midifeld is already slow. Thirdly, we struggle in creating chances, but we would add another DM instead of Oscar. That right side though; Azpi, Schneiderlin, Willian. Florent Malouda would give more creativity from that right side than those three players. Either we add another DM instead of Oscar, but also top RW and very allround, fast full back or we just keep the team as it is with some minor additions.

So many underperforming starters and so many players on bench who give zero impact. Great. At least win if we cant put good performance.
