This is chelsea. Koke would suit us more than isco iniesta etc. Koke is engine that works well and few notice his importance. Isco is all about flair, little tricks that mean shit in our setup and in big games. Modric is good example why simplicity wins over flair any day of the week.

While he is talented, I dont see terry, puyol, thuram etc in the making in today football. Defenders got just so worse in comparison with past 10-20 years. If he is available for fair price yes, but wouldnt go over the top. But I dont want us have two kids in central defense in zouma-varane, while signing varane would also definately stall zouma progress. Someone more experienced would suit us more now. Who that is I dunno. But dont forget, we dont need to target absolutely best defenders, bayern signed dante and boateng when they were bang average and look how they turned out.

I certainly dont point out Willian is suddenly world class winger or sth, but its clear as day that Mourinho is sole reason why Willian, salah, schurrle, cuadrado show so little in our time, creativity wise. His instructions are killing our attack and no one can prove it otherway. He kills the spirit in players and forces them to concentrate on what Rb does instead of what Rw does. Or they will get benched. Hazard is one that Mou gives alot of freedom, and he excells at that. If other attackers would have it, our attack would be much more fluid. I think too many sessions go for tactical defending and positioning instead of trying some attacking actions. But thats not it. Our attackers have to cover up for defenders shit they make and it costs us alot. Mourinho has to work more on defense and offense for next season IMO. Thats why its kinda pointless to keep signing right wingers because everyone will be instructed the same and it will kill all the creativity in them. I guess even if we bought Messi, Mourinho would told him to play as secondary RB, him or hazard.

With Cholo staying, I dont see him moving anywhere. Would be top signing though...

I watched him once vs Real this season and he did fine. Nice passing, quite strong and good with ball, but a bit slow and not too mobile imo. He almost scored two screamers, I heard he has good long shot in general. I think he has potential, but right now I would rather someone more established, ready to be thrown in fire and perform well.

Wasnt Koke first choice back then in summer by Mou? He extended with Atletico and we bought Cesc. At least thats if I remember correctly from media stories.

IF they sign Bale, they will sell Di Maria, if they sign CM, they will sell Herrera etc. They wont get as much money as they spent on them, but they will still get quite some money. Also they just might accept De Gea-Bale exchange.

Im saying he had that but lost it since his time in spain. I have seen more complains on refs than actual improving in this team from Mourinho. What made our team better this team is Costa and Cesc, but other parts of game, we havent improved much, say whatever you want. Our defense is shit. Our attack is not fluid. Our rotations are poor. Individual players havent improved much. Hardly saying Matic, Azpi, Hazard etc havent improved much this year in comparison with last (that also because they were fantastic last season already). We reached semis of last year CL, got beaten this year by team that we won last season and they were better last year, while we are in theory stronger this year. Im not saying we should win CL or sth, but win against PSG should be completed. Or at least more fighting spirit. IMO Mourinho was always capable of making best 11 of his team, pushing it to limit and make them real fighters and winners within two years. Getting the max out of his team potential. But he is not doing it with this team (yet). I feel our team has much more attacking potential than we show under Mou, while defending tactics (that were always Mou masterpiece) are failing him. He knew we sold Luiz, he knew we have Terry and Cahill and relatively inexperienced Zouma, hardly any exuses left. Thank god we are first in PL at least, but it would be alot harder if opponents would be actualy top teams too.

Simeone extending, I can see Koke staying in atletico for some time too tbh. They play CL, Liga and they get far in both comps nowdays. Certain managers have huge impact on players and Koke might well be that one who will be most loyal of them all. Could be wrong though.

One thing he lost is pulling rabbit out of hat. In past, he could win against any team with very surprising setup, he become a little bit too conservative and predictive. And i realy dislike we go down for everything; ivanovic, willian, oscar, etc...and constant complains about refs. As if anything will be changed after his rants. Eat the defeat, study it and next time perform to that level that even refs cant take win away from you.

Is it just me or is everyone downgrading premier league all of sudden just because we are about to become champions? Every media is acting like PL is worthless trophy this year or sth. That said, Real also paid 40m for Illaramendi, no way they will be getting that money back either. Di Maria had superb season with them and they got 60m for him, Bale isnt in exactly same situation, so its not neccessary Bale will be more expensive than Di Maria. But in the end, only if Bale forces to join us, we will have him for decent price. Thats only way.

I dont think anyone would want him for 100m. Even when he moved to RM, I though in what world is that 100m. 60m at max. However I dont think Real will be able to sell him for 100m...unless United goes absolutely crazy. If his price will be around 50m, I would take him tbh. He is excelent finisher, can put a good cross and is one of those players who fits PL more than La liga. He has pace, power and directness, something we lack in attack IMO. But only if he can somehow play on left with Eden in middle, because apart from goals, he was more or less useless in real on right.

Bale-Hazard-Willian ?? A scoring winger who also has good crosses and strength, Hazard in middle with more free role and Willian on right as typical workhorse, but also a very quick one. However this attacking trio and Cesc behind is suicide.

you have to note that he also starts every two months, im sure with regular time, his positioning would improve. He was beasty defender for atletico.

I know its harsh. Bad catches happen, sometimes goal happens, but that was not accident. His approach was too easy going, he doesnt need to do such shit as he did for second goal, thinking he is messi or whatever. His attitude when recieved that ball was something no defender wants from his GK. Why would you even dribble when you know opponents are running at you. Just kick it in parking lot like we do it 90% of time. Its kinda ironic that defenders would just kick it, they dont even have guts to dribble, but then you see Tibo doing this shit in game where our confidence is already fucked up, because we never keep lead and he goes and does that shit. Not acceptable IMO. That said, Iva and Cahill, but mostly Iva were absolutely SHIT too. Not saying our attack is any better atm, 3 shots in whole half, poor.
