Luiz was excellent but even in yesterday's game he had "brain-dead" moments. the shirt pull on kompany(?) was a risky move. regardless of that, he read most city attacks perfectly and i think luiz-cahill must never be used again. luiz-ivan, cahill-ivan, terry-ivan, terry-luiz, terry-cahill - all good the one problem with the defence is that it relies a lot on the whole team dropping back. no genuine ball winners in the team

don't see how the clean sheet is a plus-point when we sacrificed the attack to do it. tbf, we were solid in the games against swansea and liverpool as well. unlucky to concede then but luckily didn't concede yesterday. rafa's objective should be to sort out the attack and get us dominating games again

any criticism against roman is quite understandable now. Another hasty sacking. i'm not saying di Matteo was the best man for the job but once he made the decision to go with di Matteo in the summer, he should have given Robbie time. i believe it'll be tweaked a bit. i wonder whether torres will get on the shoulders of the defenders and run onto throughballs or go back to his recent role of dropping into the space between the opposition defence-mid and have a run at the defenders. i think he'll score more goals by making runs behind the defence but he will be frustrated for long times without the ball and that will pull him back to linking up with the mids
