It should be announced today. History repeats itself http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/news/features/on-this-day-2-june.html
-
Still considering. For now, all i have decided is I will continue in India for 1 or more likely 2 years and then look to apply elsewhere.
-
Let the Party begin! A huge mix-up but if the Premier League website has gotten news then i think Chelsea will confirm it today itself. Happy days ahead
-
Not now. Thinking about it. Maybe apply in 1-2 years.

Originally a double post. Now I'll use this to post something. How is University of Nottinghamshire ?
-
off you go. focus on your exams football can wait
-
3 years? Wow. Try and log in when you can.
-
Anyone know why?
-
yeah. i hope these are not just words to the board. "Developing youngsters" should also be part of the Mourinho agenda this time. Not just winning
-
I hope the board don't ditch the plan they made these last 2 seasons with the young players they've signed. Jose should be asked to develop these players along with delivering success
-
Stop feeding the Madrid troll. Even I made the mistake of taking him seriously. It's all an attempt to get Chelsea fans wound up
-
Yeah. With such a large pool of players Woy's confused. I think he should just pick his best group and cut out the rest - not even use the deadwood in meaningless friendles. Best National team set-ups have a pool of 10- 15 players who constantly play together and develop some sort of chemistry. Chopping and changing takes you nowhere.

Especially Women's tennis. Even Women's Volleyball - especially in the beach

I have Azpi as my avatar. I have "Right-Back" under my avatar. I think that is enough reason to make me Right Back over Ryan
-
it's not racism when Englishmen are mediocre
-
Purely on HG terms - Luke Shaw replacing Ryan Bertrand doesn't affect the situation. But yes, I think Shaw, being a Chelsea fan and a player with such promise could join. Rooney is unlikely though. Just don't think it'll happen. 24-man squad is fine with the youngsters we have. Just hope we don't repeat the shocking 19-man squad of 2010 which had only 4 HG players. Next year we will come around to that problem. If Terry Cole and Lampard all leave - we'll almost definitely have to buy British.
-
Anti-England Pub Team edit: you do get on the bench. You and Alex and any other Englishman. Sit on the bench and shout British insults at the ref when necessary.
-
everyone's hopped up but there's little to talk about.
-
Stay Safe! and Good luck. How long will you serve?

Hello Devil's Advocate Mourinho always had a great connection with his players at Porto, Chelsea and Inter. I am not worried about his inability to control a Real Madrid squad full of differences. His old players still talk to him, see him as father figure. The 'human' connection is something he talks about extensively in a documentary made 1-2 years ago. Madrid is more like the exception than the rule itself
-
Ross Turnbull is leaving. That leaves only 6 HG- players - Terry, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, Lampard, Moses, Already Chelsea were a HG player short with Sturridge leaving and now that hapless Ross is also on the way out, Chelsea should sign 2 HG players or leave 2 spaces in the 25-man squad. Ofcourse there are youngsters who can fill it up, but since U-21's don't count anyway, it seems a waste of squad space.

I'm sure the GK can handle herself. She's the best in China i hear and that's among a billion people but yeah, this team needs defenders.
-
Haha. Good! the team needs defenders when the Brazilians, Scots, Aussies are all flying forward.
-
You notice I put only 10 players there Fine. whatthemata and DJames are player physios. Even better now No mediocre English player. I'm sure JayBlues will try to add some like Alex, Hutcho but that's like ruining a great attack of Aussies, Belgians and Brazilians with James Milner. Maybe they can warm the bench and shout inappropriate British insults at the ref when needed. Although Ryan and Leif should do a good job of that on the field itself
