Just because Marseille is selling him for a lower price than they bought him doesn't mean they think he's ever going to develop into a good enough player! The number of years left in a player's contract will mostly play a part in determining how much they will be sold. AND actually Marseille bought Remy for £12.4m from Lens. So, if they are gonna sell him for the reported price of £15m, they will be selling for a higher price than they paid for him! I seem to remember that Drogba joined us at 24, only 1 year younger than Remy now and it took him like 2-3 years to really flourish in England. Ever heard of the term, 'Late Bloomer'?

Only probable reason that Mata isn't getting the attention is because he's playing for 'Chelsea FC' and we all know what the media thinks of us. Had he been playing for Arsenal, Man United, Man City, Spurs or heck even Liverpool, they will be talking non-stop about Mata right now. I mean really, the wankfest over Cazorla is just ridiculous. That's less than 50%! We should be doing better than that. However, think our record at Villa Park in the league is even worse!! EDIT: Oh wait, they are the same actually. Confused with the fact that we have only won there twice in the last 12-13 visits! Only 7 wins each at Villa Park and Goodison in the Premier League then.

Oops. That 3-1 win at Goodison is the only time we have won by more than 1 goal in the league. All the other 6 wins have been 1 goal margin(1-0, 2-1, 1-0, 1-0, 3-2 & 1-0). All in all, only 7 wins from 20 matches at Goodison in the Premier League.
