Not wanting to go off topic here but we have conceded many goals like that this season already. The opposition get out wide and/or cut inside, cuts the ball back and bam, GOAL! Van Persie, Willian, Vidal, Diame etc. Mikel and/or Ramires either go missing when the cut back happens or they ran too deep already that when it happens, they don't have time to prevent the opposition player to have a clear shot at goal!

Agree but TBF to him, the whole team just became lost and went panic whenever a ball comes into our box and that was already evident in the 1st half. The minute West Ham got their act together in the 2nd half, we just couldn't handle the aerial bombardment really. Midfield went missing(where was Mikel and/or Ramires for Diame's goal?!) and neither Cahill nor Ivanovic was hardly commanding enough in the box. Got owned by Carlton Cole(by Carlton Cole FFS!) and made him looked way better than he is!

You forgot 'Letting go 2 CMs on the last day of transfer window without getting any replacements'. Do that and then they expect RDM to work wonders with a thin squad.
