Former Barcelona and Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu finally shining at Southampton Oriol Romeu has had to bide his time for much of his career, but the former Barcelona and Chelsea midfielder is finally shining under Claude Puel at Southampton. Nick Wright charts his rise with the help of the man who brought him through the youth ranks at La Masia. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/29212/10633141/former-barcelona-and-chelsea-midfielder-oriol-romeu-finally-shining-at-southampton

At least be glad he figured out about Oscar.

Yeah I agree. If we need to pay a world record fee like Pogba I wouldn't mind....although to be fair those world record fees are mostly reserve for scorers, like Ronaldo, Suarez and such.

I'm happy he's doing good. I felt sorry for him for last season, but glad he's improving with Conte. Even if Willian might be better then him to bring better balance it's good to have a great option like him doing good.
-
Thank you agent Mourinho. Keep up the good work. And by the way can we buy Martial? Will United sell to us like we did with Mata?
-
Caceres is a free one if I'm not mistaken? The guy I rememberd promised so much after his time in La Liga but never lived up to be the real deal. Manolas is not bad but I would love Radja from Roma but that seems like an impossible mission. I'm still trying to recover from that fail saga of Koulibaly....

I think he might go to PSG and that might be good for him. He needs to get away from the pressure that is the PL and Ligue 1 will do just fine to build up his ego once more.
-
I hope he continues with felaini so the United fans can feel the pain we had with Ivanovic. 😁

I think that is what I been trying to tell him and other people here. Managers have a general shelf life that of players. They don't stay top for a long time, saf was the exception. After that I noticed most managers have like a 10 year range. Otherwise why capello being great fell out? Arigo? Wenger in his time was great as well even Benitez. We had to get rid of him and his shadow and I'm so glad what happened to him last season. Now that shadow is gone and can move forward which we are doing with Conte.

It's all Rooney's fault

Last time a change of formation was so revolutionary in the PL was Mourinho MarkI with the 4-3-3. As you noticed we are now witnessing the revolution of another formation in the PL. I even remember Raniere trying it the second half in the last game against them.

I wish we go back for Nainngolan but I think that train has passed. The guy don't want to leave Roma. Koulibaly on the other hand yes, but it will cost too much money right now. Don't know if we will go back for him, but we shall see. One thing is for sure, if we keep it up and make top 4, which as of today we are, we will have much easier recruiting done next summer. Winning the PL of course will make it more easy but one step at a time. Finishing top 4 was the goal and so far we are there.

Had a good game for Burnley in the last one. Maybe he might be a good try if Conte likes it.
-
For once I will enjoy watching Match of the day. Anyone got any links? Otherwise just wait till tomorrow to get it.
-
I guess Mourinho was right, with 10 Azpilicueta he would win the CL.
-
He's agent Mourinho. ✌️😎
-
Wow this was amazing. Anyhow we won't see that German Mourinho apologist anymore around here.
-
My trust for him has gone up big after today's game for the future.
-
Agent Mourinho?

All the pundits at Skyports are backing Chelsea..... http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/10626353/chelsea-v-man-utd-soccer-saturday-pundits-predictions-and-key-men Not a good sign.

This is good because it will bring their confidence down hence better for us.
-
Good player, but he is rotten to me. Best to sell a player that has no desire to be here. I doubt we will get a top goalkeeper, but it's not worth it keeping this guy around.
-
Yeah I'm with Pizy on this one. They will come to play the game of their lives. Hard to see us win this one. If we do then my admiration for Conte will go up a notch.
-
Yeah that's how Mourinho had us playing in big games. It was very dreadful, just waiting for a mistake to nick a goal. I guess that guy from Spain was right. I think Torres was his name, about Mourinho tactics. Anyhow watch them play their best game of their life against us.....

What a boring match. But for Chelsea a draw is good.
