Well that's what we did last season and end up wasting our time on targets we could not get and end up panic buying at the last minute. Just because it work last summer doesn't mean it will. I don't have confidence in the board. Because the report that conte was annoyed at the board for lack of transfer was true. Was giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the kit launch. But since losing to Arsenal they have not closed any of Conte targets. Useless board at best.

Yeah pretty much it. You can't keep doing the same thing every season. After the Arsenal game they should have started working on transfer like city did. And after July 1st the best we could do was a free transfer.....
