Who cares about who he chooses, we always have those debate with any manager. Every manager we had always chose a player we dislike. But the overall problem of how the team can turn on and off is the issue.

Because no manager in the past has. If Mourinho and Conte couldn't, no one will. Well maybe simeone but that's a different story.

Who cares as long as people realize what the problem has always been. And we will only know in the coming weeks how the board and then the fans react.

Good I hope he stays and the board back him. If anything this might have saved his job because now the board and the fans will realize it's the players (hopefully) and not him and will let him work on fine.

This will only end if we back a manager. We never do, as soon as something goes wrong we hit the panic button. And the players see this and because of that take control of the situation.

I knew that there was a reason why we was getting beat badly. You don't go from playing good a couple of months to now crap. The players gave up on the manager. It's a pity we never will see Sarri ball in Chelsea because we have a bunch of players that turn on their manager. If Sarri is sack there's no point in hiring anyone else because we will have the same issues. If he walks away then there's not much to do as we the club and fans never backed him when the problem was never him but the players.

That is the problem the players know they are untouchable because we paid a big sum for them. That is the problem we have as a team.

That is obviously from the beginning. You can't have the same problem 3 managers in a role. Mourinho, Conte and now Sarri.

Terry or Lampard if Sarri get sack. The players don't respect coaches nor the club.

I think today prove what I have been saying. Keep Sarri get rid of same of the players. Had enough with the same issue of the players with manager after manager.

Every manager we had always had one bad month or two. No one we get will ever be perfect. It's always the same.

I want to keep him to have stability. To build on a manager identity. Just like I have wanted to keep the past manager.

People boo and did the same thing to Benitez and after a while we pulled through. No reason why the same thing will not happen here. And mind you with Benitez it was more horrible.

Many didn't like Benitez and we was doing fine, only to get Mourinho the fans choice...... Screw what the fans think when it comes to manager. That screwed us in the past.

Good, keep Sarri and build from there. Some players have to leave, let them leave and let's bring some youth. Sarri say's he needs to do his style and think he will be here for the long term. Then have the board impress on him that we need to start realying more on youth the next two seasons because of transfer ban. Maybe things changes. We shall see.

Hopefully we keep him with the transfer ban. I think next season we will be better.

The transfer ban comes at a perfect time because we might just keep Sarri. No new manager will want to take over with a transfer ban. This is perfect and for now we will be forced to stick with a manager for once.

Carlo used to do that. It's something the Italians see that we don't.

The whole hiring of Mourinho cost us dearly for many reasons Because before him we was starting to progress with Benitez into a more attack minded team. We got rid of of him because of the fans and appointed the fans choice... That changed the whole vision of where the club wanted to go and we got stuck in a mess ever since. We are in a cross road again here and if we do the fans choice it will cost us again. We want to go attacking minded, then this time keep at it. Even if we sack Sarri go for manager that would go with the vision.

I do, for the same reason I wanted to keep Conte. We need to get rid of many players and build on the managers identity. It was much easier with Conte because we are build for that, with Sarri much harder and expected to be like this. Even hard results to take it was something expected as well on my part.

If he stays then that's good. For once the club are backing a manager. And whoever does not want to be here can bounce this summer. Just like we should have backed Conte in the past but the board gave him the boot because he always picked a fight with them....

Yeah because we had top quality players. But we keep going down hill in that.

Yeah I believe that as well. But this club is run by idiots. And they got rid of Conte to get Sarri and now they want to sack him. They just don't know what they do and just push the button randomly for any manager while we continue to go down in quality with players.

The problem is that Conte wanted to get better FB but the club never wanted to. And here we are for the 3rd season with a new manager coming this summer with these 2 FB.

How long we have been saying this? Since Conte came, and 3 seasons later we are saying the same thing. They just don't do it.
