The whole hiring of Mourinho cost us dearly for many reasons Because before him we was starting to progress with Benitez into a more attack minded team. We got rid of of him because of the fans and appointed the fans choice... That changed the whole vision of where the club wanted to go and we got stuck in a mess ever since. We are in a cross road again here and if we do the fans choice it will cost us again. We want to go attacking minded, then this time keep at it. Even if we sack Sarri go for manager that would go with the vision.

I do, for the same reason I wanted to keep Conte. We need to get rid of many players and build on the managers identity. It was much easier with Conte because we are build for that, with Sarri much harder and expected to be like this. Even hard results to take it was something expected as well on my part.

If he stays then that's good. For once the club are backing a manager. And whoever does not want to be here can bounce this summer. Just like we should have backed Conte in the past but the board gave him the boot because he always picked a fight with them....

Yeah because we had top quality players. But we keep going down hill in that.

Yeah I believe that as well. But this club is run by idiots. And they got rid of Conte to get Sarri and now they want to sack him. They just don't know what they do and just push the button randomly for any manager while we continue to go down in quality with players.

The problem is that Conte wanted to get better FB but the club never wanted to. And here we are for the 3rd season with a new manager coming this summer with these 2 FB.

How long we have been saying this? Since Conte came, and 3 seasons later we are saying the same thing. They just don't do it.

Looking at the first page shows that many people where right on with the board in hiring Sarri. And at the end here we are. I guess to have a similar problem to Mourinho, Conte and just regressing even worse shows that the players are going down in quality. And the back up are even worse We have regress badly as a club.

This is what I said as well. If we want youth then we should get coaches that are good for youth. The club don't care much about this and it is why we go for the managers that we go for. The club cannot ask for for youth if they hire the wrong managers for this.

All we need is one season. No one does long term here.

If we sack Sarri I want us to get Bielsa. Has been my choices for ages. As we see managers come ago I would like to give him a chance. I don't want Zidane, but I want managers that will continue to the philosophy of what we want, play attacking fútbol. We can't give up if things didn't work out with Sarri.

What Conte did it was more of a statement to the board and he payed with his job. I really wanted the guy to continue and after seeing how things are now, its just ludicrous to get rid of him for this. But again the person who made such decisions should resigned if Sarri is sack. You can't keep your job doing such things.

I don't get mad at the subs like a lot of fans. We saw how Conte would be stubborn with that as well. Conte would always wait till a particular time to make changes. I remember how people used to be mad at that. So I don't bother with that. What does get me is the same pattern over and over again without not changing or learned anything from the past mistakes.

I been wanting Bielsa for ages. Since he has some experience in England now, I will give him a chance. That's if we sack Sarri.

I don't care for the defeat what got me angry is that he don't learn. Still keep picking Alonso. He just continues to do the same thing without changing. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting something different.

I see that Alonso is starting again. Even if we win he just doesn't want to change....

Because the club don't want youth. If they wanted they would NOT appoint such managers. As the saying say, you can talk the talk but can you walk the walk. The club just talk, but their actions by appointing such managers shows they are not serious.

Even if we don't get CL, sacking him and getting a new manager with no CL is the same issue we have when Sarri came in. Depleting squad, no CL. Makes no sense sacking to me. Unless you get a manager that is good for youth, but we don't appoint those managers.

I said get a manager that is good for youth if you sack Sarri. Zidane is another of those that will fall a long the lines the Conte, Mourinho and etc that we had. The club will never learn as they keep making the same mistakes over and over again. Yet they keep their job. Not worth getting excited for any new manager we get if Sarri is sack. Because it will the same shenanigans of year after year.

I will still keep him and get rid of a lot of players this summer. Willian, pedro, if hazard wants to leave he can. Cahill, drinkwater, and others if can. Get 3 or 4 players this summer. And start building from there. I expected from the beginning a season like this. It is why I'm not angry like most here because I expected this... When you try to change the identity of the club you will have a very mediocre season. What you expect is that in the second season you see some progress of where your trying to go. Let's hope that the people who run this club also expected this....

If you sack him and you want youth, then get a manager that does this. I have been saying this for ages. Ever since we had Benitez, get a manager that does youth. But we go for Mourinho, Conte, Sarri. The board are a bunch of idiots that never learn. They want youth but get managers that don't do this.....

The only problem I have with Sarri and most managers in the past, is why not just gamble with youth. If we get beat 6 to 0 with the youth, most of would say it was expected. But much rather prefer that then losing 6 to 0 with the regular players. If some managers wants to stay for the long term then they need to prove it in the field with gambling for youth. I would suspect most and even the board will be way more leaning if he has this season but at the time trying with 3 or 4 youths in the team. Now is the time to do it, if the players don't want to play for you. You lost the "heavyweights" then fine sell them this summer and just start playing more youth. But I know that's not going to happen neither.

Exactly my point. For the record I wanted to keep Conte but he made it hard for himself with all that complaining against the board. Now we are in a worse situation. We should have kept Conte but it's too late. So now keep Sarri and get rid of the players this summer and get players more suited for him. But of course that's not going to happen. Sack the manager and keep the same mediocre players. We need stability to be able to do this.
