headhunter23 reacted to Henrique in Edinson Cavani
Anyone can confirm if Mediaset is even reporting those things?
edit: in they are, but they are far from reliable, in their page you can see their history record:
http://www.sportmediaset.mediaset.it/mercato/
two days ago they were reporting Cavani to Chelsea was a done deal, yesterday they said the offer was rejected and now Real Madrid is offering big cash + Higuain.
To be honest, last week was the worst in years, when it comes to speculations:
-Luiz will leave Chelsea to Barcelona.
-Not only Luiz, but now Ivanovic will leave too, to Barcelona.
-It seems Real Madrid will buy Ivanovic and Luiz, and Mourinho will replace them with Mangabala.
-Luiz wont leave Chelsea, and now Terry is the CB to leave.
-Chelsea want Boateng.
-Mourinho says Boateng is a top model, and not a footballer.
-Chelsea want Maior Gomez.
-Chelsea want Falcao, and its almost a done deal.
-Falcao goes to Monaco, so Chelsea want Gomez again.
-Cavani to City is almost a done deal.
-Chelsea forgot about Gomez, now Chelsea will break the bank for Cavani.
-Mourinho will sell Mata.
-Cavani is way too expensive, so Chelsea want Gomez again.
-Mourinho still want to sell Mata.
-Hulk to Chelsea is a done deal...since 2012.

headhunter23 reacted to The only place to be in 🇪🇸 Fernando Torres
I'm not going to boo him because I don't think it's his fault. I think his injuries have robbed him of whatever it was that made him special. To me he's like Tiger Woods, where circumstances and injuries just robbed him of that 'x' factor that made him so successful. That's lasted for two years now and he's lost all confidence in his abilities.
So I'm not going to boo him simply because I pity him more than anything. I've called him a cancer in the past because his presence is detrimental to the club, but that's not something he has much control over. We signed him, we've kept faith with him and unless someone comes in with an offer for him, we're lumped with him.
But I've always thought the booing of our own players is classless.
I've booed the likes of Saunders and Hunt because they were cunts. Torres isn't - he's just not very good.

It pains me to think that he would actually do well at Liverpool because Brendan fucking Rogers would actually give the boy a chance. Boy I wish Steve Clarke was still here..

headhunter23 reacted to BlueJewel in Roman Abramovich Thread
Roman is as much a fan of the club as anyone out there, he's been attending matches since he bought the team and shows so much emotions in the stands. To say he does not care after investing a substantial amount of his fortune and time into the club, is very absurd. The club has made a decision, it's up to the fans to get behind the team, the season is far from over. Rafa could be another RDM v2. I'll gladly be his fan if he wins us at least the league this season.

I don't know why, because i know it will end in disappointment, but for some reason i had the same feeling of expectation that i had at the start of the season with him... It;s absolutely crazy because we went through every game for like a year where i kept thinking this will be the game he turns up. But the feeling is back again....Brace for disappointment...

Hell, I fucking miss him. It's not the same without him.
This new Chelsea generation is really quality and nice, but I'd always pick Drogba and his era over them...

Out of nowhere i felt like i really miss Didier Drogba so i youtubed him, remember him , what we had was a true legend , a lion , a King of the jungle , stroked fear into opponents , brushed them aside for fun , it was like he takes the confidence away from opponents and pass it on to his mates.
Look at us , what we have is just a docile house cat now.
Miss you Drogbaaaaa !!!

Hey guys leave Torres alone! He just needs more time. Like maybe another 5 years before he becomes the striker he was 4 years ago!We shouldn't buy a new striker because it will hurt his poor feelings! We can't do that to Nando! Did anybody see him miss the open goal when the full time whistle went? loooool

My problem with Torres has never been missing great chances. Even top strikers miss those. My problem with him it threefold:
1) He isn't getting into the proper position to get those chances. He is found in wide spaces far too often. He doesn't attack the net looking for the ball so when crosses come in, there's often nobody there.
2) He isn't creating his own goals. A striker at the top level should be able to turn decent chances into great chances and sometimes turn a nothing-looking play into a goal.Torres seems to require the ball at his feet in front of goal to be able to score. Players like Mata, Drogba, Lampard,Sturridge, Oscar, etc...have all been able to score on well-taken shots from outside the box. When Torres gets the ball, even in a decent position to score, he often tries to cross the ball over or go around his opponent and turns what is a good scoring opportunity into a lost bit of possession. Maybe it's a confidence thing, but he seems to only want to shoot if he is alone in front of the goal (Newcastle goal not withstanding).
3) He's too predictable and hasn't adapted his game. He wants to get a through-ball in the middle of the pitch. When defenders take that away from him he seems lost. He doesn't have the speed he used to have so is unable to go around defenders but he still keeps trying and decent defenders just stay with him and force him out wide so he ends up on the sides of the pitch too often..
I think everyone can agree that the way Chelsea are set up right now, it'd be very difficult for any striker to have a lot of success, we aren't creating any space for the striker to run into, but Torres has been particularly awful. I do find it almost amusing that everyone has gotten on Torres this season when he's actually been generally OK after defending him last season when he was genuinely terrible.

@RyanDavidson Anelka and Drogba were shit for the 6 months prior to Nando coming in, so it made sense at the time to try and evolve the team.
The thing is with Torres, he was poor himself but it was widely thought that he needed a change of scene to reignight his career, shame it hasn't worked out like that but i can genuinely say apart from Crespo (who was my favorite non Chelsea players for years before the Argentine came to us) i have never been so excited about a signing before.
Their are thing's that have worked against Torres in his Chelsea career and not all has been his fault but there are other things which are. I don't think Carlo playing his debut against Liverpool helped because it turned the game into a media frenzy. Has it also ever crossed the mind of some of you guys that the OTT support he gets could be hindering him? putting even more pressure to deliver.
I don't buy this he's a victim of his price tag, that's bollax, he always knew he would command a huge fee if he left Liverpool, he knew he would cost a bomb and with it be under pressure to perform, the simple fact is he has no mental strength at all. A little knock and he's back in his shell, i hope to god he didn't hear the Chelsea fans laugh at Stoke's "Didier Drogba he would have scored that" chant or he is truly finished.
I shown incredible patience at the start, in the first six months despite 1 goal in 23 i refused to even contemplate the thought of his being a flop, i was convinced he would come good. Then again im like that with every signing we make, i was actually disappointed we didn't give Kezman one more season to prove himself.
When Torres scored against United, Swansea and Genk and in the middle had a promising performance against Valencia at the Mestailla where he was desperately unlucky not to score i thought we been through the worse, i was convinced he was back and going to fire in goal after goal but after that mini run he went on a 24 game goal drought.
It wasn't until the Blackburn and Liverpool (Carling cup) i started to think hang on a minute and for weeks he wasn't getting a look in but i though ok ill hold back Didier is going away to the ACON in January so he will get a run in the team then. I waited and 2012 started really good with the performances against Wolves and Sunderland but a sitter missed against Norwich, dreadful performances against QPR and Swansea he was right deep in another rout, he had the chance to claim his place in the team with Drogba away and he fucked it up.
His finest hour in a Chelsea shirt was at the Nou Camp, but even then he nearly fucked up the tie and 180 minutes of hard work from the rest of our team, trying to dribble it out in his own 25 yard area, loses it, walks up the field in a strop while Bosingwa off all players makes an interception that prevented two Barca players going one on one against Cech the Cole hoofed it up and Torres was the hero. If im honest it made me cringe looking at all the praise Torres was getting when on the night there were 12 heroes who deserved the praise more (if you consider none of them 12 went up field in a sulk after losing the ball in a dangerous area and were more astute with their defensive work). The fact Torres was getting more praise than any off the other players on the night was making me tare my hair out, but after one of the best result's in our history i wasn't going to start a massive argument. But the fact that moment was considered his finest contribution in a Chelsea shirt shows just how much of a flop he has been.
Now this summer he looked good in the Euro's and with the new midfielder's coming and the Drogba shadow gone in i thought to myself ok, he deserves until atleast January but we need another forward just incase it fails. Apart from the Newcastle game however it has been same old Torres but his attitude this season on the whole has been terrible, sulking off after getting subbed off (something which was long overdue). His lack of service has been blamed but now we have Hazard and co in the real problem is there for all to see, Torres doesn't get involved or make himself available, service works both ways and he isn't doing his bit at-all. Look at Drogba's second against Valencia and the way he made it clear to Mata he was available and ready for the through ball.
With the midfield we now have he should be able to get 10-15 goals but that is not enough for a first choice forward unless they contribute massively in other side's of the game which Torres does not. He will basically be a more expensive Kalou, he will score the "lucky tap ins" in games we are cruising aswell as the odd goal that will win us three points but when were back's to the wall, up against it needing a goal, being dominated, Torres won't get us out of jail.
He's a nice guy and i wish him well were he goes next, but it's pretty clear Torres and Chelsea is a match made in hell, i will always have this minor 1% hope in my mind that im wrong but that hope is getting shorter and shorter most times i see him on the pitch, Danny should be number one forward, he may not be perfect but he gets involved, some say he shoots too much, but keep doing it eventually a few will go in and i'd prefer that to Torres who seems too scared to shoot most of the time.
I think i have near enough covered my whole feeling about the whole Torres saga since he joined Chelsea so ill probably stay away from this thread from now on.

headhunter23 reacted to miss cfc in 🇧🇪 Eden Hazard
An attention seeking shit belgian player, stuck up messi wannabe... To be honest even I had my doubts, what if he was just another roman buy that just wouldn't work out for us ,what if he wasn't good enough, strong enough, fast enough for the BPL,what if he was another adrian mutu?? C'mon admit it we all had our doubts since the day Eden Hazard tweeted "I'm joining the champions of europe"! What if he was another failure?
But just in three games the whizzkidd is already being compared with the likes of Gianfranco Zola, its amazing how one player can change the whole shape of the team, how one player can turn a "boring" team into an attacking, free flowing sexy football team!
Still a long way to go its just the start, but we can't help but imagine, what if hazard wins us a penalty every game? What if hazard sets up torres with sexy touches to score goals that even didier drogba would be proud of?what if hazard wins the man of the match award in every game?what if he leads us to the super cup on friday, then the league cup, then the league title ,then the fa cup and champions league??
It doesn't cost a penny to dream, let's all seat back and watch the little maestro dazzle us as we look back and ponder, what if ashley cole did not clear off the line against napoli? What if roman did not sack AVB? What if messi did not miss that penalty? What if ramires did not prove he is brazilian with that sublime chip at the nou camp? What if drogba did not equalise against bayern in the final? What if cech did not save the robben penalty? What if drogba did not score that heart stopping penalty?
32million well spent Roman !
KTBFFH! Miss cfc xoxoxoxo !

dont get the big man included in this dude. i ll hunt u down and kill you.
and drogba stopped way back after he was booed a little at sb (i can vaguely remember). also more than diving he did dramatics. he was a drama queen and loved the attention. what he did against barca is the perfect example of that. plus in the situation torres was last night, drogba would never have, he would have bull dozed in his typical way and scored.

I never understood booing your own lads, they fight night in night out for the team, its not like they want to play like shit lol, it just happens sometimes, whether it be kalou/nando/didier we always need to give them our praise because lets face it they need our support at the bridge more then we need theirs

what are you talking about he looked very lively on the ball in the comm shield, he didnt worry me a bit, he ran straight at the city defense and provided a lot of good passes putting people in good positions, it was not a poor match by any standards, when your reduced to 10 men, how do you expect him to work well no one did
