Willian mate, stop standing with the ball doing stupid little leg spasms. It's not impressive.
-
If the players start this 'player power' bullshit because they don't agree with Contes decisions then they can all go fuck themselves. Pathetic.

Does anybody have a decent link for this game, please?

Lacazette looking good tbf.

http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/839841/Chelsea-transfer-news-Antonio-Conte Who is this twat?

After watching endless highlights of his season alongside Kante when Leicester won the league. I have to admit, I may have been a bit rash and harsh on this fella. He was very good that season. If he can replicate that kind of form here, it could be thumbs up to this transfer happening. He has a brilliant eye for a the early long time pass, which I believe Morata could thrive on.

Fuck sake. I can't accept this being an actual reality.

But this year both the Manchester clubs have far stronger squads. Pep has had a full season to feel what it's like to manage in the PL. Surely he will mount a better challange for the title this season with the additions they have made. Whilst Jose is notorious for having a great season in his second season at nearly every club he has managed at. They have strengthened their squad too by cutting lose dead wood (Rooney) and brining in Lukaku, Matic and another CB. You feel their transfer business isn't over yet either. Last year United went into the season with a weak squad and City needed a lot of work being done there. Now I know you can say the same about us too given the previous season where we finished 10th but Conte worked wonders and we were very lucky to have Costa playing in the form of his life and Kante coming of the back of a PL title winning season himself. Also Eden was back to his best. Plus we were lucky in the injury department. I know you should never judge on pre-season games but I have watched both Manchester clubs and there is something about them that looks dangerous. A lot more fluidity to Uniteds game for sure. City, if they start strongly, they will be hard to challange.

Last year, I personally said to a fair few people I work with, "do not count us out". I had a feeling we would make a good run for the title. This year, I honestly believe it's between the Manchester clubs as it stands. With the right transfers before the window shuts, it could all change.

As things stand, it's between both Manchester Clubs for the title. We will be fighting for 4th spot judging by the eay things are going.

As much as I would like to see Rudiger start in the back 3, I just don't like Dave playing RWB. He is sound defensively but doesn't have the attacking presence that Moses has down the flank. Morata should start this one so he can shut these United fags up. Prediciton: 3-1 with a Morata brace.

I was talking about Bats dude! 😁

You think it is just Torres who has flopped as a striker at Chelsea??
-
It's more to do with position rather than numbers. You can't deny that this position has been a problem in the past.
-
Don't take much notice of numbers really unless it's 10 or 7. We can only hope he has a similar rise here. I don't normally but when he took his bib off to enter the pitch at Wembley earlier today, I saw the number 17 and it had that special feeling about it. Guess I am footballing fantasist, I don't know but yea, here's to C.Musonda.jnr having a successful future here.
-
People defended Torres soo heavily because he always gave 100% despite playing like a plumber for Gillingham. Nobody is giving up on Morata yet but the scars run deep from past failings of the number 9 spot. I think people are more scared of history repeating itself.
-
He has been given the number 17 shirt. Is that a sign they want him to follow in Edens footsteps? Maybe thats how highly the club rate him.
-
Let's hope he proves us both wrong.
-
You can say I am being negitive here but he has literally done fuck all. Simple passes, dribbling and the odd miss control. I hope to see more of him as he does look like a special talent though but I will say it again, the lad needs to start drinking mass gainers.
-
I have to say. Even before we was in for Morata and United were circling him, I was taking the piss out of my United mates. I thought it was brilliamt that they were going to spend soo much on him. Then we went and got him and now I am trying to convince myself that he will come good. It is early days and I will only judge after half or a full season depending on how bad or good it gets. All the early signs are worrying me though.
-
He just didn't make any intelligent runs today. Fabregas was still looking for Costa at times.
-
I've read in a few topics that people are even talking about axing him from the team. Avsolutely bonkers.
-
Massive overractions as usual here. I was at the game and although we walked around at times, it felt as if we were in control for the majority of the game. Once Pedro was sent off, the atmosphere in the stadium changed. I don't want to focus on the negitives because my day is bad enough right now so all I will say is... anybody who says Kante is overrated doesn't know football. He was brilliant today.

Who cares what others say or think about our players. There is no rush to see Morata when we have Bats playing well at this point. Don't get me wrong, I want to see Morata tear it up as much as the next Chelsea fan. I just think there is less pressure on Bats to start today. Thr ideal situation is for Morata to start but If Morata does start and he doesn't play well then the pressure could mount. Start him against Burnley.
