  1. We only dream of such obvious deals.
  2. This is one of the few players I am struggling to stay positive about, alongside Drinkwater.
  3. Think the saga in China hurt him massively this season. What actually happened??? I ignored the story.
  4. It's hard to protest against Roman after all he has done because let's face it, Roman is the board.
  5. He played really well. Hit the post too. I honestly can't see why he wasnt given more playing time here. Must be something behind closed doors that managers see in him that obviously we cant. For me, given the game time, he could have challanged Alonso for that wingback position.
  6. I'm actually gobsmacked that anyone would make a statement like this. Nobody and I do mean nobody can top Jose for the 'self obsessed, arrogant and delusional prick award'.
  7. It wouldn't be an over exaggeration to say that Hudson-Odoi is currently more effective than any other winger we have based on his cameo role against Bournemouth. His pace is electriying. Ball control is second to none and seems to have an intelligent footballing brain. The future is very bright for this young man.
  8. We barely have players to figure.... How can someone put it on him? Because thats how Chelsea works. The players get away with murder and the manager gets framed. I'm not saying it's right.
  9. If we lose this, the writing is on the wall for Conte. It will be the beginning of the end.
  10. Looks like he will be handed the number 18 shirt.
  11. Let's go Emerson. Take this chance with both hands.
  12. It's the old cliche, we don't have a philosophy implimented at the club. We don't have a style of football to work towards. It's just buy flavour of the month from the bargain bin. Sprinkle the odd above average talent (Hazard) into the mix and throw the most available big name manager on top. Let's see if we can win a trophy... oh great we have, let's carry on as we are and hope we win another. Oh we haven't, sack the manager and repeat that round trip to the bargain bin again.
  13. Has everyone miraculously forgotten it takes Giroud 20 chances to score 1 goal. If you think Morata is frustrating then watch Giroud for a week.
  14. No, they just realise it's us who are after him. Good old Chelsea who refuse to pay out 80 million on a superstar to elevate the squad into the elite but would rather pay for 3 or 4 overpriced journeymen instead.
  15. 36 million??? Holy shit, we must be up there as the biggest mugs in football.
  16. I feel it could be key with how we progress as a club. You can see Charly, Odoi, Ampadu and RCL should be taken seriously now.
  17. Ampadu and Odoi look quality. Ampadu is soo comfortable on the ball and Odoi is electric.
  18. Why wont he play Odoi or Charly?? Why?? We are 3-0 up for fuck sake. They are not a threat at all.
  19. I have seen that dude in soo many pornos ahha!
  20. Willy is hilarious. Reminds me of the monk from Mean Machine. He is having a good game.
  21. Football is about goals. The more goals you score... the more chance you have of winning. An attacking players role is to achieve either scoring goals or assisting others. Eden, unfortunately possesses amazing dribbling ability but he isn't really a clinical finisher and it's not as if he can pass like Iniesta. He is effective because he is extremely mobile and can turn on a sixpence. The amount of times I have watched Eden run past half a dozen players to then either take too many touches, not pass or shoot and end up doing alot of nothing is beyond frustrstion.
  22. Nobody is denying Edens status at the club. How is it disrespectful to compare Hazard to other players? Football is a game of opinions. We are all here to discuss those opinions and it just so happens that some of us believe there are better players than Eden Hazard in the World of football. This isn't to down play his achievements at Chelsea. What he has done for us over the past 6 years will go down in club history and he may well be considered one of the best footballers to have ever graced the turf at Stamford Bridge. That being said, he isn't void of all criticism because of that status.
