I am brazilian, and trust me, you have no idea what you are talking about, Diego is from the state of Bahia, which is located at the poorest region of the country, you would be shocked to see the situation of most people on that place.
Most footballers from here come from a background of extreme poverty, and i mean like, not knowing where your next meal is gonna come from, those people view football, as a way to escape that situation, sometimes, the only way. Thats why most kids in here dream of being football payers, so they can escape the terrible future that awaits them.
Unfortunately thats the situation of this country.

Seriously though I think Cahill is very weak 1v1 but in our current formation he's allowed to be more of a covering defender and he's been just fine there.  I definitely admit his attitude and goal scoring abilities are praise-worth.

Every season around this time of the year people always freak out about Eden leaving...

I think Hazard will be here next year then after World Cup 2018 he will want to move as the next big Galactico. Surely Ronaldo will have moved to striker by then which would give them Hazard/Ronaldo/Bale(and whoever else they buy). He will be 27 and ready for a new challenge, hopefully then Conte will have established his style of play and the board can support him with what we need to be successful moving forward.

What does it matter who's arm was the armband on? When JT was on the pitch he was very clearly the skipper and every player realizes that.

I concur. He's only played for Lille before so I think it's fair to say this clubs means something to him. He's mentioned loving his life in London, has grabbed or kissed the badge more than a few times and has never expressed plans to leave the club. Every time they ask him about links abroad he says he's happy at Chelsea. I'm not saying he's a fan but he's obviously good at Chelsea (as long as the club remain competitive).
Hazard turned 26 in January. This is Hazard's fifth season at Chelsea. He's never leaving this summer so that's 17/18 confirmed. I find it hard to imagine him leaving at 27 after six seasons for Chelsea. But it's possible. If he doesn't leave at 28, he'll grow old at Chelsea.

He has none, while Costa has 1, just like Mata has none, while Willian has 1.

Best bit was when he just out muscled Rashford on the halfway line, like a burglar reaching through a window...it was easy.
His pace is electric too, something that doesn't get mentioned a lot.

Great to see him being protected by the ref. Props to Michael Oliver for having the balls to paint a target on his back (not sure he would have done it at Old Trafford though). And Jose himself ranted a couple of years back how Hazard wasn't protected well enough, now he sends his thugs to kick the shit out of him and when his main thug gets sent off he moans.. again. Whatever, Eden was on a mission to show Pogba and co. exactly how to play football. I also wonder if best ever player Neymar could handle such treatment for 5 straight years without major injuries and hissy fits. I have a feeling he would dive so hard here he would reach the Earth's core.

Absolutely true. Unfortunately this is not news to any of us. I challenge everyone, myself most of all, to remain upbeat. If Victor only plays because no one else is better, then that is not his fault.
We can't pretend that we don't see what we see, and if we see it then of course we will talk about it. Somewhere in there however, we have to keep our heads up. Let's maintain some positivity, especially in the stadium, and try to help the lads finish what they've started.
I am the most pessimistic Chelsea fan imaginable. If you happen to find yourself feeling more grumpy than me then you're in trouble, I promise you. :-)
