  1. Not good enough. Simple. Piazon didn't even play one game for Sao Paulo in Brazil. There is NO way he is ready for the premier league. KDB is decent, he's not what we need at the moment though in my opinion, we need a player who can produce magic. I will be very worried if KDB is our "second signing".
  2. While I agree with you that a 4-2-3-1 formation is very interesting, there is only one player I want to see in the AMC position, and that's Juan Mata.
  3. I rarely play in a league in South America but I reckon it's just as good scouting wise, loads of great players come from there even though you don't play in that league. It's pretty hard to describe how the whole system work so I'm not sure how to explain it. You can check out the demo if you are interested in seeing how it works. http://www.fm-base.c...-2012-demo.html
  4. FM is short for "Football Manager". Where unlike Fifa you only play the manager, you therefore can only control the game with good tactics and players. It's very realistic for a video game. Also, many FM fanatics found out about players who became world class in the game way before they become one in real life. For instance, in FM 2006 (I think) Vincent Kompany became world class, even though few football fans knew who he was. I highly recommend the game.
  5. Great evalutation, thank you. The only thing I have to go with to judge Willian is Artinho's evaluation and some youtube clips, can't say I've been too impressed but if there is anything AVB has done perfectly so far it's his transfers, so I trust him. And for god sakes people, we have no idea about the availability of Hazard. He might be untouchable for us as far as we know. Let's not jump to conclusions that our board aren't willing to pay extra 10 mil for him, we all know that money isn't really a problem for our loved russian.
  6. Because although these are decent players, many (including me) think they are not good enough for a team like Chelsea, and although they might blossom at teams like Swansea, there is nothing to say they will prove themselves here. Liverpool buys these players, and I think we can safely say that Charlie Adam, Downing and Carroll are all big flops after they established themselves in the PL with a lower reputation team. What we need is a magician, someone like Hazard, a not fully developed but extremely good player with lots of potential. Jovetic would also be a good buy. I'm certain Hazard will become one of the best players in the world, be it at Chelsea or not.
  7. Is he good enough? Haven't really seen him in action.
  8. David Luiz as an attacking midfielder? That's just ridiculous. He isn't even close to being as clumsy as people make him out to be. He should remain in CB, as he has immense talent there. And I am hoping for a comfortable 4-0 win, but expecting a 1-0 win.
  9. He's a very good player. If all fails with Hazard then he should definately be considered. He has heart, enough so to rip his own shirt.
  10. Krasic would never be more than a squad player, and at the moment we need more than that. I would not be satisfied with just Krasic.
  11. If the standards for world class is Messi and Ronaldo, than neither Neymar nor Hazard are world class. I think Mata is just as good as those two. But again, I agree that one hungry up and coming world class player is desperately needed. I would prefer Hazard over Neymar, though.
  12. I think Mata is a world class player. Although I won't debate that we need one more.
  13. And AVB confirmed in a interview after the match. So this is finally over.
  14. Extremely good, one of the world's most promising players at the moment.
  15. Of never making positive posts you mean. I said I've never seen a positive post from you, and yes maybe that's because I haven't been on this forum for a long time. Or maybe it's because you just are a very critical person. Maybe both. Either way I really don't have the patience to go through every post you've made in the hope of finding some positivity, I just find it weird that (at least the way I and probably more members perceive your opinion of Chelsea) it seems like you dislike most of the things regarding you're favourite club. Maybe I'm wrong, it's just how I perceive it.
  16. I've been following this forum for a much longer time though, and atm I do not remember a positive post from you. Valencia, City, Wolves, Newcastle...
  17. I wasn't only referring to this game, but okay, when we play well enough.
  18. I am satisfied with our display in the second half because we won the game. Because at this moment 3 points are more important than world class performances. No, but overall (not only after this game) almost every post you've written that I've read is criticism.
  19. It's getting ridiculous, even when we play well and win a game, you seem to still criticize every little thing about Chelsea.
  20. Yes, not as effective as on the wing but he does add the possibility of playing him up front. I'd say he would have done better then our two superstars (DD and Torres) this season. Also he has all the attributes to be a great player in the PL, he's strong and fast, but still with good technique and is a good finisher. He's very explosive.
  21. Players aren't just bound to one position. Hulk can play right winger, left winger and up top. And honestly people, we are never going to buy him for 80 mil, it's just a strategy from Porto to keep clubs away, if a reasonable offer will come in (30-35 mil) I'm sure they will consider it. And I don't know about you but I drool over this. ------------Torres------------- Hulk------Mata----Sturridge ----Romeu---Ramires---
  22. Seriously why are people getting excited about him. He's a pretty good target man, he's not world class and his price tag is way, way too high for a player of his calibre. He doesn't suit our style of play at all. If we are going for a forward (which I doubt) then it should definately not be a player like Cavani.
  23. I think Azpilicueta would be a great signing. And seeing as Cahill is most likely signed I think that our back line is adequate for the remainder of the season. Otherwise I think (like every one) Hazard would be a truly amazing signing, think his arrival alone would make our team be much stronger. I'm not too impressed with Krasic, nor De Bruyne, I doubt they are up to Chelsea standards. Of course (like every one, again) I wouldn't mind a creative midfielder as well. But I trust whatever player AVB brings in, his signings have been brilliant so far.
